I was looking for a washer with Sanitize cycles (meaning an internal water heater) and this washer fits the bill. It is the higher end model of Samsung and features 14 cycles with adjustable extra spin and water hotness levels. The front door has a cool mini window. Besides quality, good lucks and extra large drum, this washer is also noticeably quieter (almost too quiet) compared to my last one. Overall highly recommended!

Love being able to add items after cycle has started. Quiet, clothes seem cleaner than my last washer. Lots of cycle options. Only frustration is not all cycles allow all temperature options.

I have had my washer approximately a month. I went from a top load Whirlpool Cabrio that was only a 2-3 yrs old but just always worked horribly and never got my clothes clean. I was skeptical going back to a front loader because I wouldn't have a soak feature or possible future costly repairs but the washer works 1000+ times better than the whirlpool. My clothes get clean, it's easy to use and I have no complaints. I would recommend over buying a top loader without the agitator and the extended warranty option is a must. Because I purchased the warranty with my Cabrio, when it was determined the repairs were more than the cost of the machine, I was sent a check for what I paid on my Cabrio which is why I was able to buy the Samsung.

It works and functions as advertised. That rarely ever happens anymore so it's a big bonus. Andy VRT works much better than my last Samsung washer. It is so quiet it's lovely

We purchased this washer after our old top loader gave out. We decided on this washer since we seem to always find a clothing item that needs to be washed after the load has started. This washer now allows us to add these items without having to wait for the next round of laundry. The cycle options fit all our needs. As a runner, the Active Wear cycle really eliminates all unwanted odors. Overall, this is a very versatile washer that accomplishes everything we were looking for in a washer.

I thought the unit capacity was going to be smaller but it was bigger than expected, which is not a bad thing. It holds a lot of clothes and that’s exactly what we were looking for. The programming is perfect as well. Does everything you want with the perfect end product. I haven’t had it long enough to see if mold or sludge builds up in the seal but people have said that it can be cleaned. I’m leaving the door open in the mean time to see if it mitigates that issue.

Love this washer!!! I bought the washer and gas dryer set. Super efficient and super quiet. You don't even hear them going. It plays a little song when the load is done. Wrinkles are no problem as they have a wrinkle option. Steaming option is one of the best options on here. Clothes come out to be really clean and noticeable. Highly recommend. Although, I dont like the dark doors. Wished I would've gotten lighter ones.

The Samsung washer and dryer are easy to operate and are attractive looking on their pedestals in the laundry room. Love the steamer in the dryer....no more pulling out the iron to get rid of a few wrinkles!

The smart adapter does not come with it. The spin cycle really rings out the clothes so they are almost dry when done but also very wrinkled. Quiet and excellent capacity.

Love the features in this. Fits lots of laundry and king size blankets. Cleans really well and has lots of features.

The install was quick and done right which I appreciate both of the delivery guys was very respectful and they both had on mask which I also appreciate. Now for this wonderful washing machine has many different options wash my favorite one is the quick wash it takes 25 minutes! The clothes almost dry when they are finished and the dryer dries very light and fluffy I love both of these machines if you're going to buy them buy the set! I never used to like doing the laundry now I love it!!

Although we have only had it for a short time I am very pleased with its performance. The extra capacity is very helpful cleans very well. We are very happy with our purchase!

The washer is simple to use; cleans really well; spin speed adjustments allow me to keep clothes damp overnight for next day drying; drum is huge relative to the machine size; and, it seems very quiet.......but.......when you press buttons to adjust settings there is a lag (just have to get used to it); and, because the machine sits low and the drum is huge, getting items out of the back of the drum can take a stretch. Benefits far outweigh these two issues.

This has to be by far the best washer I have purchased! Easy to use features and the extra door makes it convenient to place items in that you may have forgotten.

It had so many different features. It is quiet and efficient. I dry it at the end of washing and leave the door open to prevent worrying about mildew.

We replaced the older front loader washer to get the new options available and wow what a difference, Cleaner clothes in shorter times and settings for what your washing. Plenty of room for comforter as well. Steam is great as well as allergen setting. Big difference from normal wash. Since recovering from cancer, the cleaning and allergen removal is more important than ever. This Machine performs EXELLENT.

recommendation is 10 it will wash everything ìf you have a large family it's easy to use the clothes comes out so clean and fresh even if you had a small family.

Easy to operate and customize settings. Runs quietly. The sanitize setting is great for dish and hand towels.

I am a huge Samsung fan so i went and got the washer and dryer. This washer is awesome. Very efficient, quiet and has my clothes looking brand new! Worth the price!

Gets the job done. The 2nd door is gimmicky but useful to keep the washer “open” to air out between uses. Hope it lasts longer than my old Samsung, which died after 5 years.
