Nice washing machine! Good color, cleans well, has many modes

It’s a great washer! I have not had any problems with it and it’s easy to care for.

Coming from a front load LG that died after 11 years i was 50/50 on going back to top load. Our laundry room is a little small so after days of research and reading reviews, purchased this unit. It looks real nice and I like the see thru lid. It cleans well and has any cycle combination anyone could need. Even the speed wash cycle cleaned well the couple times we used it. The only complaint would be the noise, its not as quiet as I would have liked but we close the door and all is well. I hope it lasts !!?? Oh yeah the delivery guys were great too !!

I’m loving my washer it’s stylish and very big. I can wash blankets and a small load of laundry at the same time while conserving energy and water. Highly recommend!

Bought the pair. The washer is defective. Water is coming out of the bottom. Have been trying to reach best buy the last couple of days and I get disconnected. Also paid for the instalation by best buy and the team that came was not the best. They were in a hurry to finish the job and used hoses that were used in my previous washer and dryer !

I was a little hesitant to replace the washer and dryer that came with the house we bought. Technically, they both worked. Sure, the washer shook the entire house no matter what speed you put it on and the dryer often had to be run multiple times to avoid being left with moist clothes, but they still *worked*. I have not regretted a single moment since I decided to take the plunge. From the excellent delivery/installation team to the performance of the units themselves, I only wish I'd bought new ones earlier. Both handle huge loads with ease and easy more effectively than the old front loaders. I wasn't sure how well the washer would work without an agitator, but there was nothing to worry about. And the dryer saves us energy and time by getting it done the first time.

After only two weeks, I'm happy with my washing machine. It's been twenty years since I purchased a washing machine and I hope this one last as long. I like the absence of agitator which allows me to just dump laundry into the machine. The machine does a good job getting clothes clean and appears to be gentle with them. The water jet feature on this model is a big plus for me. I like being able to pre-treat laundry in the tub. Why the missing star? The washing machine doesn't remember the last settings I used. I prefer to wash clothes in cooler water and extra rinse, so I have to select those with each new load. Finally, I'm anxious to see how long the control panel lasts. I'm a licensed home inspector and I see a lot of the washing machines (multiple brands) with worn through control panels. This is more of a cosmetic issue, but annoying all the same.

I got top load because im short on space. This 4.5 washes my king size cover really good. I even put my kids teddy bears and they come out like new.All my clothes comes out clean. It does its job. Its easy to use. I love it!! One thing that failed was that it said free shipping and installation and they delivered it but he said they dont installed it.. so i had to tell someone to do it..

Excellent washer, deep and spacious. Love the color. Haven't used some of the features yet, just normal washes, but so far so good!

Replaced this set with an 11 year old Maytag set. Time was of the essence as the washer was completely done so we only considered items that were on sale. Very happy with this choice. The washer is efficient and quiet. Cycles seem to take longer than our older machine but definitely gets the clothes cleaner so it’s worth it. Thankfully you can turn off that nice little tune that plays at the end of the cycle!

Great quality, very quiet. We love the large capacity, though on large loads we have discovered that it needs more than 1 hour for thorough drying. The controls are very easy to use.

Ample space and runs pretty quiet. This washer convinced me my old washer wasn’t completely cleaning my clothes. The whites are my whiter and the colors brighter.

It is December 2023 right now and I ordered this washer (also got the dryer) in June 2022 and it has worked very well since then. It took me a minute to figure out how to use it, but after that it has been a breeze. The ability to select a water level is nice as sometimes more is needed to get the extra dirty loads clean. I would recommend this washer to anyone looking.

Great washer! Have had it for just more than a month and it has been a great purchase! Really quiet, super easy to setup and use, and a sleek design. Plus, the little jingle it plays when the cycle is over is very entertaining. Highly recommend picking this washer up. Really impressed with the Samsung line of major appliances.
