I bought this rather than a 50" Samsung because of the picture quality and how thin/light it is in comparison. It's for my bedroom so size wasn't as important as picture quality!

This TV has a great picture and was very eady to set up. I'm using it in an all season room that has a lot of windows. I've not had any problems with glare and the TV pictire is excellent at any time of day

We purchased this TV for our kids college dorm room and it has worked awesome. They don't have cable so he is able to stream everything he wants through this smart tv and loves it!

Fantastic visual on the TV. You really can see everything. I went to one of the stores and talked to an employee and he really helped me out. Thank you Best Buy!

Great picture at a reasonable price. The only downside is the lack of an easy start up menu or instructions. The remote is very difficult to use and should come partially charged so that you don’t have to stop in the middle of everything to charge it

jumping form one command to another, so you
have to keep going back to the original station

Great price, item was in stock, service was immediate and helpful. Store was neat and staffed. Store Manager gave great tip on watching for upcoming promotions, therefore, I'm preparing to grill the geek squad before my next Best Buy Purchase/s. Happiest BEST Holidays!

It was confusing with my APPLE TV. What automatically went where.
Also annoying how noise starts up as soon as you turn on- should be quiet and wait for a selection. Other than those minor complaints- picture is beautiful!

I love my television and the salesperson I believe it was Santi, but I'm older now and it's hard for me to remember. I didn't have to become convinced.
