One heavy space saver. Deffinately have help or get the delivery option. Takes up the same space that previously only held a washer. Works well, sometimes the AI drying leaves clothes feeling damp but it might just be my hands. Sometimes the touch screen is picky on finger placement.

Almost a month and no issues! Just more time to get other things done at home! Easy to use, convenient and efficient. Sometimes, we do multiple loads with no problems! Life it’s a little easier!

Was a little worried at first, but after having it for a little of a month now, its proven to do pretty good! You have to go with the vented model for sure!

I had another competitor brand all in one and it did not even compare. This is a wonderful combo unit. The vented system is what I got and not only does it wash great, the dry time is amazing. There are so many different wash settings.

To be clear, I love the washer/drier combo and its functionality. It works brilliantly and has been a valued purchase. I would highly recommend it.
My horrible experience stems from the Best Buy customer service, communication and delivery processes, as described below. Buyer BEWARE -- from the moment I purchased the product and the associated pedestal, there were significant complications. I have NEVER written a negative review (or any review for that matter), but sadly this is the only forum I can locate to voice these concerns.
The product was very new when I ordered it (on the showroom floor for just a couple of weeks), so the in-store team placed the order as a "pick-up" while they located a physical item, at which point they were planning to call me to coordinate delivery and installation. After several weeks of silence, I reached out to Best Buy customer service. Come to find out, it is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to contact one's local store and speak to the employees that made the original sale. The customer service employees could not comprehend why I was questioning DELIVERY of a "pick-up" order, despite the above explanation to multiple different representatives. I begrudgingly returned to the local store to speak with the salesmen and obtain their personal emails for communication moving forward.
The delivery team arrived to deliver and install the equipment, but, to their surprise, the pedestal was not on the truck. After another phone call / email rodeo, we learned that the pedestal was on backorder, and would arrive in 4-6 weeks... a new delivery date was scheduled.
On that date, I again left work, met the drivers at home, and cleared out my laundry closet. Shockingly, they informed me that this was a "delivery-only" order, meaning they did not have the ability to actually INSTALL the pedestal. They recognized that it would be physically impossible for me to lift a 400lb washer to install the base, but were forced to leave it sitting in the garage.
With the same communication difficulties, I returned to the Best Buy store for the third time, discussed the issues with a very nice salesperson (who informed me that the prior two employees were no long employed by Best Buy, explaining the radio silence of the preceding weeks). An INSTALLATION appoint was scheduled for today.
Today, I again left work, met the driver, cleared out the laundry closet, and watched them set the very heavy all-in-one unit on top of the pedestal (which was the exact width and color of the machine). They immediately noted that the pedestal was incorrect -- it was too shallow and the back feet of the machine did not align with the stand.
They connected me with customer service via phone, who listened to the saga and informed me that Best Buy does not sell the correct pedestal for this washing machine unit. I found this hard to believe, as it is depicted on the website and is on display in the store. The only option she offered was to schedule yet another home visit for a NEW team of drivers to pick up the pedestal for return. I implored her to allow this team of men take the incorrect product, in hopes of avoiding yet another disruptive in-home appointment, but she said that was not possible due to 'timing and logistics". I explained to her that this was my THIRD time adjusting my schedule to meet delivery workers and if customer service was their goal, they were grossly missing the mark. Unsurprisingly, another appointment was scheduled for next week.
Still not believing that the correct pedestal was unavailable through Best Buy. I did my own research on Samsung's website and over the phone with Samsung customer service. I located the correct model number for them. As it turns out, the incorrect pedestal was ordered from the start, but was not recognized by any employee or customer representative despite a myriad of issues, appointments, calls, and re-orders.
As it stands, after 55 minutes on the phone, I have been able to order the correct item AND schedule a delivery, installation, and return of the wrong pedestal. Fourth time's a charm.
There has been zero compensation for the HOURS of time I have spent navigating this issue, coordinating appointments, leaving work, and adjusting my busy professional schedule for the Best Buy team -- for this I am disappointed and will make every effort to purchase future appliances elsewhere.

This is so great!! This was a big step to trust an all in one unit. But it works and works great!! It tracks on the screen, phone app, and even shares update notifications on our Samsung TV. I recommend 10/10. Just know power cord sold separately.

So far I have only had the machine for a week. I love the fact that it is a one and done machine. Especially working everyday. Set the machine up to wash and dry and even able to set a time of day for it to complete.
Clothes are all dry when I return. If I have an extra heavy load I may have to add a little drying time when the original cycle is done.
Hoping I'm as pleased after some time with the machine.

I love this machine!!! It makes my life so easy for work... I dont have to wait to load it in te dryer. I just put it in before I go to bed and bam its done in the morning

Incredibly convenient and a real time saver! I love that once you add detergent to the dispenser, all you have to do is load your clothes and take them out when they’re dry. It makes laundry so effortless!
