    Seamless Installation by Geek Squad, Very kind and Professional Techs: TV is Great in all respects, no downside so far: Have had for 3 weeks only. Bought a soundbar to improve sound quality.

    Product installed within past 24 hours, set operation guide not intuitive, and owner’s operating manual very user unfriendly. Overall not terribly easy for a senior citizen!

    No Remote in Box

    Service was good at the store, however there is no remote in the box. Now I have to go back to the store to pick it up because you can't set it up without the remote.

    Bro, I took the TV home, hooked it up and out of the picture. It was like the same quality as my old TV so I looked at the model number and the settings and it wasn’t even the model number that I bought paid for. It was a $400 TV which I just paid 700 and something so I returned it and got the frame TV open box in That was a mistake too

    I don't know if this is an issue with the model or this particular tv but, there are days we cannot even watch it. The sound doesn't sync properly, and it goes through stages when loses connection every 10-15 seconds.

      We appreciate your feedback on the connectivity issues you’re experiencing with your Q80B TV. If you’re hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a receiver, soundbar, or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay

      Our 2022 TVs have an audio Pass-Through feature, which allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external device then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.

      On your TV, go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through

      For optimal performance, please also be sure you’re running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
