I am just not satisfied with this one .May be I just don't know how to adjust.

Which is what I asked for when I talked to the people at Best Buy. However the actually 4K HD tv leaves something to be desired. The picture quality annoys me, especially because you can NOT turn off energy star in some settings so the TV is way too dark.

There is always an issue with the apps. If not needing to restart the app, but then to delete it, and install it again. Sometimes having to do this repeatedly. Also movie apps, it continues to have a playback error which then requires to completely unplug the TV, and have it start all the way up in order for it to work smoothly. The HD 4K does not work on this tv. We thought we were buying a great tv being that it's Samsung... but it has been the worst TV ever.
