I love our new Samsung. We set it up ourselves and it was really easy too. We had a 1080p LG that we were very unhappy with. We purchased it several years ago and was pretty good at first. After the warranty was up we started having problems. First is was occasional loud clicks. Then the tv started shutting itself off. We decided we would purchase a different brand this time and went to a Samsung after reading good reviews. We decided on the SUHD. Boy are we glad we did! When watching tv, it look almost like you are in the same room with the actors. Very cool!

Got it a day before Christmas. Best picture I have ever seen. Slim bezel and alot of great features. Tizen operating system is fluid. HDR10 with my Xbox One S gives me a superior picture with wide color gamut. Plus I got it at a great price.

I walked into my local Best Buy with a single tv in mind, this one. I approached the sales rep and I told him the exact tv I was looking and he asked what led me to that tv, explained my reasons and he was amazing. When he heard my price range, he didn't try to up sell me into another price range, he showed me similar tvs within the same price! Eventually led me to this Samsung, I had hesitations as I'd read negative reviews about in menu ads. He showed me and explained to me what those ads were and how they're dictated/controlled. While I'm not a huge fan of the remote, I was hoping for some glowing bit for important buttons but over all, it's an amazing tv. It's adaptive to your needs, detects when you're streaming HDR content or playing video games. 4K movies look spectacular on this tv.

This TV is great! The picture is wonderful in HD when you find your preferred viewing settings. It also comes with a ton of apps that when connected to the internet give you more entertainment options. It looks great mounted to my wall.

I can talk about this TV for days but ultimately it has an incredible picture. 4k content looks incredible, OTA antenna content looks incredible. Even the smart remote is pretty amazing. SAMSUNG hit it out of the park with this TV.

I first bought a 50" Samsung and was seeing jagged movement when on the Hallmark channel. I mentioned it to one of the sales managers and he had me select a higher end model. The Geek squad came out and installed the new 55" along with the stand and took the 50" back. I don't think anyone can find better customer service than you get at Best Buy!

After reading reviews about this tv, I waited for the price to drop. Once it fell, I bought it. I have not been disappointed yet. The colors are outstanding and the hdr is a plus to the tv. Would highly recommend this Samsung product.

We bought this TV after considering the Sony and LG equivalents. The Sony 850D picture looks good but the sound quality was beyond horrible. The picture was not as crisp on the LG equivalent. The biggest downsides are the viewing angle which is not that wide, and a few minor software bugs with Netflix that only happen from time to time.

Has lasted about 5 years and still has an outstanding picture. I was a staunch fan of Plasma but I am thrilled I changed, even with the poor viewing angle.

Picture is excellent and set up was a breeze. Sound is good for a tv. The amount of apps available is unblieveable and easy to access. I would recommend this tv to everyone. Also enjoy the voice control remote make watching tv easy.

Great Tv; picture clarity is good; easy to setup and program

I purchased this TV to replace a 6 year old TV. I was stunned by how detailed, bright and beautiful the picture is. The smart remote is very easy to use and helped me get rid of two other remotes. I would highly recommend this TV.

This tv a wonderful. The smart remote controls a wide range of device like my Xbox one, PS4, fire stick and other device that are hooked up to the tv. The picture is wonderful and really. Ice toy view. I am glad i purchase this tv.

The picture quality is simply amazing. Installation and set up were accomplished with reasonable effort by me, even though I am not particularly tech savvy. The smart feature of the TV opens a whole world of entertainment and function.

Everything I hoped and more! The HDR, when available is amazing! So real! I didn't even have to get the new HDMI cord when I stream HDR thru the TV. Beautiful picture with so many settings to play with. Best TV I've ever bought.

Nought this TV during black Friday. It was a great price so I jumped on it. Setup was a breeze. TV is stunning. Picture quality is top notice. Most important is the color really pops on the screen. Gaming is incredible on this TV.

This TV was recommended by my son-in-law. He did the research for me. I'm glad I took his suggestion. The picture on this tv is terrific. This smart tv has features that are comprehensive. The size fits perfectly in my space.

Bought this for my husband who knows his stuff. He had been very happy, excellent picture quality. Remote is very easy to use even if you have direct tv or other satellite tv. Easy to move between programs- Netflix, Hulu, etc.

Some aspects of this tv have been really great. Others have been a nightmare. Picture quality, simple remote, and ease of use have been great. But I have to troubleshoot to reconnect to my network EVERYTIME I want to use wifi functionality. All my other devices in the house have no issues connecting to the same services (Amazon, Netflix, etc). This has caused my husband walks in wondering why I am watching tv on my phone or transmitting programming via my phone to watch a streaming or downloaded show on the tv (which is a really awesome feature), but I am having a really hard time that I cannot get the tv to connect to the device when it recieves a strong signal. This is something that is, quite frankly, a deal breaker.
