    The oven broke 17 days after having it. Turns on but won’t heat past 175. Called Best Buy can’t return because it’s past the 14 days. Spent 45 minutes on phone with Samsung to troubleshoot and still didn’t work. Now have to wait almost 3 weeks before technician comes to look at it. Very frustrating to spend good money on an item and then be inconvenienced and have it break after two weeks.

    Nice looking, I bought it on July 7, 2021. I used the oven three times and today, I cant use it anymore. Oven no longer function anymore

    team did not unbox my range. purchased the fridge, microwave and dishwasher from another store, where they unboxed and inspected my new appliances to assure i was happy with my purchase.

    Samsung Appliances stink

    The oven only worked properly for 1 year. Now it takes the oven 45 minutes to kick and heat up to 350 degrees. I just joined a class action lawsuit against Samsung as this problem is happening with many of there stoves. Not to mention the crappy refrigerator that just had to refund me the purchase price. Samsung makes awful kitchen appliances.

    waited over 5 weeks for the item to be told they still had no eta; customer service at store was horrible as they would not price match down the similar model; ended up getting item refunded and bought at lowes due to poor customer service

    The stove overall is great, the top grates however are not they scratch easily and turn black I am very disappointed I have used the stove a few times only.

    Stove came with no burner caps. I have been in contact with Best Buy and Samsung countless times. I keep getting promised the caps but they are never sent. It has been a terrible experience.

    Stains very easily and burners gets discolored very fast within first two weeks. Oven is not that great and creates a lot of smoke.
