Having purchased the wrong size TV I had to return and exchange. The return was easy. Handled mostly online and finalized in store with a pleasant employee. We then had help loading and securing the new. No issue. Great service.

The Best Buy team did an excellent job dealing with the challenging install of my new tv. The team had to reposition my wall mount and install front speakers on the wall with the tv. This was accomplished by 2 visits over the course of a week or so.

Awesome TV. I am not too tech savvy but all the features were very easy to maneuver around and figure out. Movies look awesome and the XBox looked even better.

I wrote a review about the 77” I also own. I had to return the first 65” because of display issues.
The software is terrible. If you look up this TV, exact model in 77” my full review is there.
The picture quality really is beautiful but it’s not so good that the software and non-user friendly interface is a deal breaker, trust me. The software is full of bugs. If you program — it’s like they put no error handling in the code and the screen goes black and the entire system crashes if input signal (like game mode or a PC using HDMI) connects.
For this price and tier you can do better as far as interface, enjoyment and usability is concerned.
Samsung likely won’t update firmware. This is a joke.

Unfortunately I got a bad panel, it had black dark spots the would scroll across the screen when hot. I ended up returning it for a Sony.
When it didn't have the spots I wasn't super happy with it. In the store with all the bright lights it looked amazing. Once it's home and you start watching it for a few days you realize that amazing picture is mostly due to the highly oversaturated reds they use. In the house it gets kinda old after hours of watching the TV.
I tried to tune it out to look more natural but I'm not that good at adjusting the rbg like it should be and was never able to get it to look natural.
Another thing I wasn't sure happy about was that the frame is flimsy and if you adjust it horizontally or vertically it feels like it's going to break. That's not what I want in a tv. I have it on an adjustable frame so that I can move the TV when I'm in the kitchen.
Regardless, I had to return it and I am super happy with the Bravia 8.
