Might have been a little large for our family needs but after reading the manual all has worked out well. Especially for large blankets and bedding! The only complaint is the lint trap. It seems a lot is being trapped in and around the trap basket. We will probably need to vacuum it out more regularly than our past driers.

It’s very easy to use and you can’t really hear it once it’s in use. We love it!

We love our dryer! It is super easy to use and plays a song when the clothes are dry. It also can fit a comforter!

Love the dryer but the delivery people did not hook up my steam drying feature. So we will have to wait until they deliver the washer for that feature. My only complaint is that the drying sensor will shut off the dryer while clothes are not completely dry. Overall great product, we have always been very happy with Samsung products.

Love this dryer. It’s huge and can do big loads of clothing easily. It does struggle with bedding because the bedding likes to fold in on itself, so I do occasionally do timed dry to get those finished. Steam cycles are great. My favorite surprise feature was the jingle it plays at the end of a cycle. It’s not a loud buzzer and it’s long enough that i almost always hear it and don’t leave laundry sitting.

Love the steam feature in this dryer. Hate the power and on off function requires you to press your finger on it for 3 seconds; that seems primitive. It has lots of presets which is fine but I want the option to customize every setting to my liking without fumbling through presets to find something close.

I absolutely love the purchase I made with this dryer! Love the fact that it has a light when I open it. Has a see through door and you can turn in the light when you want to see your clothes drying. Love the fact that it is way bigger than the last dryer I had. I’m so glad that I bought this dryer!

I read several reviews on dryers and needed one that would fit my space but also dry my stuff efficiently because I was sick of having to run things though 2 cycles to get things dry. I have 4 dogs so I wash a LOT of blankets and what not... this dryer is HUGE and dries everything in one cycle! Also, it has a steam function which is amazing to me as an added function.

Good dryer, like the steam feature. Sometimes the clothes are not fully dry at end of cycle - not sure if we are not setting properly or if it's the dryer itself. Still like the set - just need to figure out the incompleteness of drying cycles.

The buying purchase was very good, and the people were knowledgeable. Working thru the delivery was not as good. The delivery folks were fine, but the Best Buy Geek Squad infrastructure was problematic. First, scheduling was complicated, and then it wasn't communicated that the delivery folks could not deinstall a gas dryer, at which point I had to get a plumber to deinstall the dryer. The plumber did connect the new dryer so I had no need for delivery pickup of the old dryer. This was discussed with a couple of the Geek Squad delivery folks directly. Despite those discussions, I continued to get emails, texts, phone calls re the pickup. So the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. All of this was complicated since the delivery was to my 2nd home and thus I had to manage this all remotely.
