Very good, excellent features, nice look! I haven't had this washer/dryer set long but it is miles above our original set. I can't wait to try the steam option.

Works wells. Preset settings adequately dry clothes. Holds a large amount of laundry. Dryer came dented (on a side that is not normally visible). After calling Best Buy they issued a credit to make up for the damages.

I just received my dryer a couple days ago and I absolutely love it! No more time spent at the laundry mat. I love my set!!! The individual who installed it made sure it fit and put every effort in doing so. I’m so pleased with the installation service!

Clothes are either too dry or not dry enough using eco mode. Hard to adjust dry time manually. Lint trap is hard to clean. Scratches easily. I like the song it plays when clothes are done drying. Cute color.

Most of us are more concerned with the washer than the dryer. I bought both in black and absolutely love them. I have no complaints about either, but I spent more time reviewing the washer. They both hold a LOT of clothes, including a queen-size comforter and the sheets. Everything dries evenly and the machine is easy to use. There are far more settings than I need, but those I use do the job nicely. The set looks average in size on from the outside. On the inside...it's another story. The washer and dryer are deep, and hold a LOT. The black color is pretty slick, too. I love this set. Worth every penny.

We got this dryer to match the previously bought washer, works great, very quiet, holds a lot of clothes and dry,s them very well. We also like the steam dryer to remove wrinkles.

I have been using it for a month. Excellent product. Drying Cycles have 3 cycle buttons. Cycle 1 - Normal, Heavy Duty, Perm Press, Bedding. Cycle 2 (Steam) - Delicates, Refresh, Wrinkley Away, Steam Sanitize, Cycle 3 (Manual Dry) - Active Wear, Time Dry, Quick Dry, Air Fluff. You can chose dry levels (Very,More,Normal,Damp) , Temp level (High,med,low, extra low), time (60,40,20 min) with additional buttons for eco dry, anti static, wrinkle prevent, and sound settings (adjust time up or down and mixed load bell). Simple and easy to use.

Got a great deal on a open box washer and dryer. Does an excellent job on drying. It is very quiet and easy to operate.

Love my new washer and drier. Lots of clothes can fit which is nice with children it's great at cleaning out stains and quiet. Dryer is quiet and I never have to dry a second time. So far I'm loving it.

This dryer has a steam feature that allows the cloths to come out wrinkled free. Very quiet and dryers a full load in half the time then most dryers that I looked at. Highly recommended.

So far the dryer is working good. It has a ton of dry settings that I haven't tried using yet. I usually just do normal dry. The dry sensor works pretty good. It is also very large which is nice and pretty quiet.
