    Install was sone incorrectly. The shipping bolts were not removed from the washer, the dryer fell off the washer the first and only time the washer was used. My wall is damaged! I can't speak with anyone who can speak English, and the last lady was SO rude. Its been over a week and still no one has come to repair the issue, bo compensation for the damaged wall. I Regret shopping with this company, and NEVER will again!

    It's ok but quality is low. Would not have expected that of Samsung. Black glass window covering fell off overnight when not in use an shattered. Still can't find out what to do about it. Quality is decreasing for most products

    Severe Safety Issue-Electric Shock from New Dryer

    We purchased this Samsung dryer (Model DVE50BG8300VA3) from Best Buy and had it installed by Best Buy’s team. A few weeks later, it stopped working mid-cycle. When my wife tried to unplug it, she was shocked with 220 volts and thrown to the floor. She required an ER visit and is still recovering. Samsung created a case (Claim #3102072365), but their response has been extremely poor. Even after a technician confirmed internal mechanical damage and we had a licensed electrician rule out home wiring issues, Samsung failed to follow up or address the safety concern. We ended up replacing the unit ourselves just to restore basic use. Best Buy staff in-store were empathetic and helpful, but the product itself poses a serious risk. Not what we expected from a brand-name appliance.

    bought a Samsung appliance in March 2023, and by November 2024, the machine stopped working—both the display and the control panel are completely unresponsive. A technician came to my home, charged me $100 just to inspect it, and advised me not to fix it because the repair cost would be as much as buying a new one. I find this unacceptable. Samsung doesn’t seem to care about their customers at all, and Best Buy, where I purchased the machine, isn’t any better. This is not a case of misuse or mishandling—the machine simply has a defective control panel, and it lasted such a short time. I’m incredibly frustrated with the lack of quality and customer service. For a product like this, I expected it to last far longer—MUCH longer than just over a year. Please, don’t waste your money on Samsung products. I definitely won’t be buying from them again. 1 year and 8 months. Terrible! I was very happy because is beautiful, but, really? 2023 until 2024? Pleaseeeeeee

    This dryer work poorly from day 1 but we figure maybe we didn’t know how to operate it so we tried for several weeks but the same thing happened. The installation was not down properly and clothes was not being dry. We had to cycle the same clothes 3,4 times in order to give it dry, so we got tired of it and we called the technicians they recommended have to be replacedhad it replaced?

    Disspointed!

    I am so disspointed. My big purchased i have done to be delivered to my new home and to be installed. I recently heard a noice on the dryer that i have purchased less than a month! I called the manufacturer to check on my dryer and the tech that came to check on the problem mentioned the cause of the noise is because who ever delivered it made damages on the frame that made it move and the drum is hitting the side of the frame. Since i have passed the 15 day exchange policy i wont be able to exchange!!! I am upset with the delivering process.

    Dryer failed in less than 30 days.

    Brand new dryer failed after less than 30 days of use. It won't start...it just says the dryer is "cooling". But it has not run in days. I have a repair scheduled. Note: The campanion washer flooded our basement (less than two weeks in service) and was replaced by Best Buy, and a claim was filed to mitigate the water damage.

    This store is not trusted, there staff are not trusted, you buy things from them you better watch them close, if not they can change your item to give you bad one, I bought washer & dryer from them they change it and brought broken dryer for me I didn’t know because I paid them all the money to install it for me, I call them to let them know the bad one they brought to me they said they can’t do it about it so they are not to be trusted.

    I purchased this dryer….. boy o boy they gave an exchange still having this issue…. Stanley steamer came out, clean out the vent. Not very happy with purchase at all

    The color is gorgeous—a perfect complement to the washer—and really elevates the look of the space. It has plenty of room for large loads, dries everything evenly, and the Sensor Dry feature prevents over-drying, which helps protect our clothes and saves energy. I’ve also used the steam function a few times and it’s fantastic for refreshing clothes and reducing wrinkles without ironing. The smart capabilities are a great bonus. Getting notifications when a cycle is done or being able to start it from my phone is more useful than I expected. It’s also super quiet, even with a full load running. Overall, this dryer is a great blend of form and function. I’m very happy with it and highly recommend the pair for anyone upgrading their laundry appliances.

    Great Dryer, but Missing Stacking Kit

    I’m very satisfied with this Samsung Smart Electric Dryer. It’s quiet, efficient, and the steam feature works great for refreshing clothes and reducing wrinkles. The sensor dry function is also a big plus—it automatically adjusts the drying time so nothing comes out overdried. The brushed black finish looks fantastic in my laundry room, and the smart features make it easy to monitor and control from my phone. The only downside was that Best Buy didn’t include the stacking kit, which caused some issues with the limited space I have at home. I expected everything needed for stacking to be part of the delivery, so that was a bit frustrating. Other than that, I’m very happy with the product itself.

    Family of 5 and have purchased both the Samsung front load washed and dryer. Have been using both machines for over 2 months now and have zero complaints. We needed large capacity machines and the Samsung washer and dryer are perfect for our busy family. Both machines are very quite. The built in steamer on the dryer is one of my favorite features. I also like that you cna connect washer & dryer to WiFi and your smart phone. The cream and rose gold accents of the machine are one of my favorite things also. So far we are loving our new Samsung washer and dryer!
