The Samsung S90D is absolutely incredible. The OLED display delivers deep blacks, vibrant colors, and sharp details—perfect for movies and gaming. The interface is smooth and intuitive, and the sound quality is surprisingly good. Easily one of the best TVs I’ve owned. Highly recommended!

I was looking to upgrade my Samsung TV and decided on this one and glad I did. Picture quality is excellent and accessing the apps to stream is very simple. My old Samsung is 10 years plus and still kicking as well.

Love, love, love our Samsung 77” OLED Screen paired with a Samsung Sound Bar. The color and sound are amazing. We compared all the top lines and decided that Samsung has done the most with the current technology…we have not been disappointed. Our learning curve has been quick to use the technology at the highest level. We had their techs deliver and set it up, which made it a fast, easy project. Love Best Buy!

I Just bought a home 3 months ago, and one thing I love to do is watch movies. When the TV was working, the picture quality was good. However, the responsiveness was very slow and clunky, and the UI wasn’t snappy, making it clear that the processing power on such a large TV was subpar.
I’ve been a loyal Samsung TV customer for many years—since 2000. This was my first new TV purchase in about five years, and unfortunately, it might be my last from Samsung. I’ve read reviews about declining quality and cheaper components, but I hadn’t experienced it firsthand until now.
I purchased this TV in November 2024, and by January 20, 2025, it’s completely dead—no power, no screen, nothing. It’s frustrating to see a once-reliable and quality brand fall off so hard. Samsung built its reputation on quality, but like Toyota, it seems they started cutting corners after reaching the top.
Now, I’m stuck figuring out how to return this massive TV to the store. I may switch to LG or Sony next time—Samsung just isn’t what it used to be. And they may have lost a long-time customer who purchased more than 6 TVs from them.

Love it! Great picture, easy to tune to the preference you want. It’s heavy but looks great mounted to the wall. Now we just need more content that streams 4k so I can take advantage of the picture. One note is the remote is tiny and I feel I will lose it at some point lol.

I purchased an Open Box TV listed in “Good” condition, expecting minor cosmetic wear, but with all parts included and proper handling.
The sales associate was helpful and confirmed that all accessories were included; however, at pickup, some parts were missing and the TV was delivered in a condition that does not reflect a “Good” Open Box standard.
The TV appeared to have been poorly handled and was only wrapped in bubble wrap, without proper protection or packaging. I also had to drive nearly 40 miles to pick it up, and transporting it in that condition was difficult.
While the TV functions, the overall condition and pickup experience do not reflect the price paid. I do have evidence showing the condition in which the product was delivered, and I was expecting to be contacted to discuss a possible price adjustment.

This TV has exceeded my expectations. The picture is clear and crisp from all angles even with the two windows on either side of the TV. The sound bar added a new dimension and depth to the sound.

This TV has a picture that can't be beat!!! We were going to purchase the Samsung TV that was cheaper, but purchased this one because of everything it has. We added a surround sound system, and you can't get anything better. You actually feel like the people on the screen are in the room with you.

This 77” Samsung OLED television stopped working suddenly and the screen went black and dead within two weeks of use.
I purchased this television as a Christmas present for my children and was completely disappointed to levels incomprehensible- when it suddenly died while they were watching it. Afterwards I read reviews on the Samsung website and found out this exact television has numerous complaints reporting this exact problem - it simply dies after short usage.
Will not ever purchase a Samsung ever again.
I have to wait over 10 days for a Best Buy refund to my account before I can shop for a new - different brand television and I am angry and disgusted with both the store and the manufacturer.
Good riddance to an awful television and I will definitely read the reviews BEFORE I make another purchase.

Amazing TV! I always bought LG TVs and thought I had an amazing TV but I was wrong. Qd OLED are just a amazing experience to watch! I'm really happy with this TV and especially for gaming! Smooth like butter and bright like a star. Love it. Picture don't do them justice.
