    Fast but failed in under 1 year. So far the warranty experience is pretty painless, though.

    I've purchased many of these, they work seamlessly and the duplication software for drives from Samsung comes in handy.

    Does exactly what it is intended to do. If my garbage internet was better I would utilize the drive more but such is life.

    Getting massive read/write errors and drive going into thermal throttle after 1yr of use. Have it secured in laptop with heatsink and still getting thermal issues. Drive already was running hotter than other NVMe drives I have owned - would not recommend.

    Rude, Unfriendly Store Mng, Ruined our trust to BB

    We have ordered 4TB, but in the sealed box the product was 2TB. We did not know that until after we have opened the original sealed box. The Manager Isaac @Sherman Oaks, CA 91423 store was extremely rude, unfriendly and blamed Roadie delivery company that the sealed item might have been opened during 4 mile drive and changed for 2TB. He would not accept any explanations that we have told him. Zero customer understanding, zero knowing their product that they have been selling. Apparently, this product have this issue for a while. If you need this product, buy it directly from Best Buy. Returned to another store with no issue and bought the same item from Amazon with no problem.

    Went with a gift card, asked associate to check if it had value on it (had ~$30 on it), asked to use gift card, associate said he would at check out. Checked out, threw away gift card thinking it had been used. Took SSD home, installed into computer, SSD was dead on installation - not picked up by BIOS or in disk manager. Returned SSD to store for refund, learned at refund that gift card was never used/full price was charged to my card. Associate never used $30 gift card, SSD was dead on arrival. Not great.

      Please know that sometimes customers are unaware of the formatting and initialization steps that must take place before using the drive. The drive might thus appear "DOA." Samsung does not place any formats on the SSD to allow customers to use it for their specific setup.

    I Purchased this drive approximately three months ago, and it has been installed in a rendering workstation under a moderate workload. Unfortunately, the drive failed during normal use. I have several other workstations running WD drives that have been in service for over two years without any issues, which makes this failure particularly concerning given the short lifespan of this unit.

    Got a Fake Drive in Sealed Box

    Like some others i got one of the fake/counterfeit drives (at a NYC Metro store). Plugged into my computer and got all sorts of errors and the drive was super hot. First store denied me the return. Luckily 2nd store took the return (thank you kind people at 2nd!). Open the box at the store and make sure there is a sticker on back. A little concerned how these got to Best Buy sealed in the box.

    Installed a few OS on this. Windoes 11 gives me some blue screens, same with winfoes 10. Did not have that peoblem with my previous ssd
