I was upgrading my pair of 20 year old W/D set and did a lot of research. I got this on a Memorial Day sale at the local Best Buy here in Plano, TX and couldn't be more happy! This thing is smart, silent, and fun to play with all the LED displays! I can do 2 weeks of laundry and it will only fill the drum up about half way. This thing is awesome! I wanted the stainless steel look but after comparing the prices and having this look clean and with the see-through, I personally think it looks nicer than the $2,000 ones. Great buy so far and no problems at all yet. I did buy the 5-year warranty just incase because of all the computer parts internally but the size, look and how great it washes couldn't be better!! A++ in my book!

I love the active wash built in sink for soaking and pre-treating stains. By far this is the best washer I've ever owned. I have had the front loading style, but this is much better because the washing drum capacity and no odors. I am really happy I bought both the washer and dryer, they look very nice too, in my laundry room!

Bought in 2017, 4 years later I buying a new washing machine. No issues with the way it washed but where you put the bleach in completely rusted out on top and below the tray. There is a class action lawsuit in the works for this issue apparently. This then caused rust spots to start appearing on clothes. The wash was good, cleaned clothes well, no issues with not filling with water. Did get off balance fairly easily but more user error than issue with the machine itself. You do have to make sure your items are not bunched up. Because I did like the washer itself I bought the newer version which has a plastic insert around the bleach tray so shouldn't have this issues again. Good washed, poor build.

This purchase was a replacement for a recalled washer and is the second active wash we bought in 4 months. Clothes come out fresh & clean. Very large, deep tub and the deep clean technology is a plus. We wanted an active wash because we like the built in sink with scrub board and Samsung products have a high consumer rating. The spin cycle is a bit louder than the recalled one we had previously.

I love all the choices of different wash's that you can do for different things. It plays a tune when starting and ending of the wash. There is so much room inside. We can even wash our king size bed spread with out a problem. You can not go wrong with this buy.

We love that it holds a lot of clothes. It doesn't have that agitator! It's very efficient, not loud! My 12 year old washes his own clothes so it is very user friendly! We have yet to use the sink part.

All the bells and whistles, quiet, efficient, and user friendly. This is our first top loader in over 20 years. Cleans well and so quiet while it works. We've yet to have a full load as the machine capacity is bigger than we've ever had before. We'd recommend this machine to all who ask, and some who don't.

Water level is too low on all cycles except waterproof. Does not clean the clothes. Waste of water trying to get it to fill and having to clean clothes over and over.

This washing machine is, quite simply, AMAZING!!! I have used a few different washing machines over the years and I really like this machine. It is HUGE and has saved from taking my comforters to the laundro mat. It is very quiet and does a super job ar cleaning. I thought the built in wash basin was gimmick when I first saw it advertised but have used it many times. It is particularly great for my cycling and workout clothes. I can rinse them out then do a quick hand wash and then put them in the machine to spin dry and they are ready to hang for drying. It is also useful for pre-cleaning soiled items. Overall a great washing machine and I am so happy with it! Oh, this thing is HUGE and can do a lot of clothes together that would have been 3 loads or more in my old machine.

I purchased this a few months ago, really like it. The hand wash sink is amazing! Easy to operate, very quiet, and the tune at the end of cycle is kind of fun. I will say if you are short you'll need a step stool, I am 5'1" and I just can't reach clothes at the bottom of the tub after washing. However, the deep tub is a plus for large loads I was able to fit a King size comforter as well as sheets with room to spare. I would definitely recommend this, especially for families it makes doing laundry easier and quicker.

Washer with a good gimmick

Previously had a Bosch front loading washer that I really did not like. Had bought it when front loaders were just becoming popular, but didn't know about their "stinky" problems. Not to mention, it was just too darn hard to load/unload down low and it couldn't handle a big load. So even though the old one was working just fine (with the exception of the stink/mold) I decided to get a new washer. I was intrigued by the "gimmick" of the little sink on this washer because I have a tiny (I mean truly gnome-sized) laundry room and definitely no kind of sink to wash messes in other than the kitchen sink. Yuck! So even though I know it's just a seemingly silly gimmick to have, I purchased this washer (after having reading predominantly positive reviews.) And I love it! I ended up needing to use the sink the very day after it was installed and I have used it multiple times since then. The capacity of the washer is incredible compared to my old one; I used to have to do laundry daily just to keep up. Now it seems like I can't even fill the washer up halfway! The clothes seem to come out nicely clean and it is much gentler on them than my old front loader. It is deep and I have to stretch to reach the bottom, but if I rotate the drum to where whatever I need to reach is in the front, I can get it without having to use a step.
The reviews I read stated the machine is loud and I will admit that it is louder than I was hoping it would be, which is why I'm not giving it 5 stars. It is tolerable but could definitely be quieter.
The detergent dish pulls out and sometimes I forget to push it back in, but I don't think it's a huge problem. I guess I just have to get used to that. Depending on how you put in your detergent, it could be a little awkward to use because of the built in sink, but I pour my detergent into a little cup first so it's not a problem for me.
I do worry a little bit about the glass top simply because I store things above my washer and I am afraid sometime I might drop something and break the glass. I rearranged storage above to hopefully mitigate that risk, but for someone who stores heavy stuff above, that might be something to think about.
Overall very happy with my new washer. It makes laundry a little bit more of a pleasant task.

Great HE top load washer

I'm really happy with this washer! I was debating on the top load, no agitator HE washer, and a front load HE washer. I've owned front loaders in the past and they have been so loud and would shake the floor. My set is in a closet outside the kitchen, so noise was a concern for me. I find this washer to be quieter than others I've owned. I love that I can wash very large loads, and also small loads as the washer will sense how big the load is and use appropriate amount of water. There are many settings, and you can change settings manually as well. I'll be using the soil level settings a lot once baseball season starts! The small tub in the top for soaking wasn't a selling feature for me, and I feel it gets in the way a little. Maybe I will use it more than I'm thinking I will. The only thing to be aware of with this particular washer is that if you are short(I'm 5'2) you will have a hard time reaching the very bottom of the large tub. I feel it's worth this little hassle to be able to wash my king size comforter without issues! I'm ery happy with this washer/ dryer combo!

I bought this washer primarily for the built-in sink. I do not have a sink in my washer/dryer closet and felt it would be a huge convenience when I have to clean my son's baseball gear. I haven't used the sink yet since we're past baseball season, but it will be a great way to pre-treat stains before washing.
The capacity of the washer is incredible and I've been able to reduce my laundry loads from 5-6/week to 2-3/week which saves me an incredible amount of time. The washer cleans well and spins very efficiently to practically dry the clothes that I've washed.
My only complaint is that the laundry dispenser is in the back of the washer and the door of the washer needs to be fully up to access it appropriately. I do not have enough clearance in my closet to open up the door all of the way, so I have to maneuver around the built-in sink to get the laundry detergent in the dispenser. It is not an impossibility to do this, it just is a bit of an annoyance when loading the detergent.
As other reviews stated, the laundry bin is deep, but I tested this out in the store before purchasing and do not find it much of an inconvenience to reach the clothes at the bottom of the bin. A plus is that the bin rotates freely, so it is easy to move the clothes towards the front of the machine to unload them.

I waited a month to review this Washing Machine to give me some time to experience it's performance. I love this machine. My husband hates front loading machines so I was searching for a top loader. I had only had ones with center agitators previously so was a little apprehensive of one without it however I have loved the performance and load capacity of this machine. I can wash large loads, even bedspreads with no problem. The cleaning is excellent. The only slight drawback is the depth of the drum. I have a hard time reaching the bottom back. To solve this problem I just put a pair of tongs in my laundry room and when I have a sock or something hard to reach I use the tongs to grab them, problem solved! I am 5'2". I am very pleased with this purchase.

This washing machine is very nice, but even a simple wash takes an hour. I seem to be using quick wash for everything, because it's the only cycle that is 35 mins. Every other cycle is 53-120mins long. I haven't used the jet stream yet, so I can't comment on it. The tub for the jet stream does get in my way when reaching for clothes on the bottom. I have bumped my head on it a few times. The washer is very very quiet. I wish my dryer was bigger, because I can wash a double load in this washer. However I can't fit all of it in my dryer.

I have always had upright washers I feel more confident that they have less failure points and besides, if you leave water in a cup it will dry up before it finds a way to escape and if you tip that cup on its side you'd better be sure that it has a good lid on it...I'm just sayin'.
We love our new washer, we have not used the sink but it's a great feature for pre treating stains. The load capacity and ease of use is outstanding. We have zero complaints, and would buy it again.

To start I had it shipped but I did the set up.
I had and emergency come up and needed to call the day before to ask them to change the shipping date. All worked out.
Set up was super easy, lags can be adjusted with and easy twist.
This thing runs amazingly quiet. My wife and I just stood in front of it wishing our kids could play this quite. First load we just did some towels to see what we were doing. 2nd load we put it to the test loading it to the max, some stuff was even over the water line. It worked amazing everything was washed. This thing spins the water out so well we had to peal the stuff off the sides. It also ends with a nice song. Our dryer has it easy now. If I knew some one looking for a washer this is what I recommend.

Very efficient, and quiet. My wife has a lot of delicate clothing, and loves the sink feature. Easy to use all the way through. Highly recommend this item. We searched long and hard for the best price, Best Buy had everyone beat by $100 with an everyday low price

We went to Best Buy to look at laptops, but decided to look at washers because ours was starting to act up, again. It had been repaired twice in the past year. In addition to the laptops, we ended up buying both a washer and dryer. The inside of this washer is HUGE. It is so easy to wash bedding in this washer. And doing very small loads is so efficient thanks to the automatic water level feature. Both are more quiet than any we've owned before. We can hardly hear them operating. We would previously close the door to the laundry room so that we could eat in peace in the adjoining kitchen. Even the little song that is played at the end of the wash or drying process is soft and quiet. That would be the one thing we would change, if possible, so that we could hear the 'song' when we're in the living room.

Our new washer replaced a pretty good ten-year old unit. The new washer has greater capacity, by far, and is much quieter than the old unit. It is very easy to use and it plays a nice tune when the job is done.
