Worst Large Appliance Purchase Ever -

It was a tale of two Best Buys. The service at the Novi Michigan Best Buy was top notch. The follow up service including installation, communication, and follow up was terrible. I would not recommend purchasing large appliances from Best Buy because of my experience. I am still currently awaiting a follow up call from management that I was told would happen three days ago. I haven't used the range enough to give it a rating as I finally got it properly installed by someone other than Best Buy.

Hard to clean, when cleaning the stove turns off, limited on line burned out large burner already. hard to reach service

12 days have passed since the purchase of the product, it has not yet been delivered, the delivery has been postponed for another two weeks. why sell a product and not warn that it will be possible in a month?

Absolutely love this range. Everything about it is top notch. It really made my kitchen pop with it's sleek white glass look as well as the ambient lighting and the induction burners. I would not change a thing about this range.
