So I cracked the screen on my Samsung galaxy j3 emerge and need a new one before I travel abroad. I always love the Samsung brand so I thought I give the j7 a try as the pixel on the camera was suppose to be good and I like taking picture. Best Buy was great to do a price match deal for me as well. So far I like the camera for a cell phone in your pocket good pictures so I don't have to pull out my big canon camera all the time. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is due to battery as my j3 lasted longer Even at battery power medium save mode it doesn't seem to last long and also the screen doesn't get as bright as my j3 but it's probably best I don't need to strain my eyes. But overall I love the amount of memories on it and definitely has more memories than was advertise at BB. Sometimes slow at picking up wifi signals than other phones but everything else seems to run well and easy to use. I still would buy it cause I like the camera back and frontal is good.

The camera quality, storage, size, and features are great but the sound isn't loud enough and I can barely hear the stuff I play. Sometimes, when I plug in my headphones the sound does not come through at all.

I just purchased this phone for my husband. So far, he's really happy with it. He loves the ease of use that you get with Samsung. The screen is much larger than his previous Samsung. It looks very similar to my Galaxy S7 Edge. This seems like a great phone for the money.

Bought this to replace an older J model Samsung and am extremely satisfied. Now two months in and have had no issues. Ample storage space, fast processing. If you are a virgin mobile customer I highly recommend this device.

This is the third Samsung phone I have owned - it is by far the very best. Lots of memory - 2Gb of ram lets you run many programs at the same time and 32Gb of Rom (you can ad an Micro SD card for more) is enough for an average user. I added a 64GB card and the phone automatically uses that for photo storage - video goes to the Rom for speed but can be moved to card to free up space. I use One-Drive and it interfaces quickly. This phone is 3 to 4 times faster than my previous Samsung J3 and the screen is much easier to read - if you have a small hand this phone may be a bit bigger than you like but you could add a handle on the back in that case. All in all - I have nothing bad to say about the Samsung J7 Refine after using it for about two weeks.

This smart device is one of the best I've owned. It took a bit to get used to, but after several of using it I can say that I am very satisfied with it. It takes great pictures and the battery cycle-life between charges is outstanding. The Samsung Agent at the store was able to transfer all my stored information from my old Galaxy-5 to my new device error free.

It has a great screen size and the camera takes amazing pictures. It also has a lot more space than my previous phone

Nice phone! Been using Samsung Galaxy for years. This is a nice step-up. Gold color is beautiful. Storage and camera are great. Best Buy activated my phone and transferred all of my accounts, apps, contacts, etc. easily. Great phone for the price.

This phone has a large bright screen. It’s the highest quality pow wnd Samsung phone. I’m glad these phones now have 32 GB. 16 is not enough. Period. It looks good Nd the newer cpu acts better. Good sound quality for a low end phone.

My husband bought this to replace a two year old phone that had a cracked camera lens. He raves about how fantastic the camera is on this thing. The pictures are sharp and clear, and the focus is fantastic. He really likes the phone overall, but we both can't stop marveling at the camera.

finally i cant put all the apps and games on this phone that i could ever want. i upgraded from an 8gig phone that was being chocked full of bloatware and stock apps. this phone can uninstall almost all the stock apps and all bloat. its OS can move all apps to the sd card with an option tick even forcing apps that would not before on old OSes

We purchased this phone for my son. Since purchasing it, he's told me several times "I love my new phone". He loves the large screen, making it easier for him to write articles. He's also really impressed with the camera. This is a very impressive phone.

I love this phone. The front & back cameras are both amazing! It has plenty of storage for everything i need & more.

I upgraded to this phone and so far it has been good, not great but good. It is a cheap alternative to not having to purchase a very expensive phone. The internet is not as fast as I thought it would be. The camera is good. All the apps run good. Overall not bad for 150 dollars.

I had the previous generation J7 phone from Virgin Mobile and it often took pictures indoors with a slow shutter (lots of motion blur.) This phone's camera is excellent and does not suffer from the blurring problem anymore. I'm very happy with it.

I purchased the J7 Refine just before Christmas and so far I love it. It's easy to use and the picture quality is great. I refuse to pay for the more expensive phones and this one is perfect for me.
