This is a good product but there's certain things that you should consider before buying. - If you don't own a Samsung phone, it will be difficult to pair it but not impossible. - To make use of UWB to find it in a range of 200 to 387 ft, you should have a Galaxy s plus or ultra. - The way it works is through Bluetooth for short range, UWB for medium range and Samsung Smart devices for long range. - To localize the device in a long range, the Samsung Smart device should have smarthings feature and should be enabled. - For long range, on your phone, you have to enable the "find my device" feature otherwise it won't work automatically. - "High" volume setting is not too loud, making it almost unaudible if stored in the bottom of a bag with things that can cover it. - It doesn't have an integrated GPS or using any carrier network.

Works great, was able to keep up with my luggage on recent trip, now have one hidden in my car, in case it leaves without me.

*I* typically do not "lose" things, but I use these for peace of mind in finding important items that may get lost for me. Luggage in airports, packages I ship to loved ones, or even sharing the tag with family members so they can see my locations for safety while I am traveling.

I was skeptical because most people have an apple so I thought it would have a hard time pinging its location. IM SOO GLAD I PURCHASED THESE BEFORE A BIG TRIP!!! Was flying accross the country and and as american airlines does, they overbooked and i didnt get on my flight. I didnt make it on the plane but my luggage did and ended up flying without me. If it wasn't for this tracker my luggage wouldve been lost!!!!

Reliable tracker, accurate location, long battery life, easy setup. Great for finding lost items.

First time use. We placed them in our luggage while flying in our travels, and could verify that our luggage did actually make it and followed us onto the correct plane. If it had gone a great distance I am not sure if it would have been out of range or not.

Bought this one for my mother. I was able to track her during her trip and all the way back to my home country. This was her first time travelling by herself and I was kind of worried. However, tracking ability gave me the peace of mind I needed most during her journey.

Works great! I keep it in my work backpack in the event someone were to ever steal it (which has happened before). Love the Samsung Find app, which allows easy use of the product with up-to-date locations on a map. Very affordable for all that it does, too!

I bought to attach to my keychain. Nice size, not too big. Luckily I haven't had to use it yet, but I do misplace my keys a lot so I'm sure it won't be too long. Set up was super simple, paired right away with my Galaxy A54. I bought a silicone cover for it to keep it from moisture when it rains, just to be safe.

I like these much better than the first version. I have one on my keys, my dog,my Jeep and my camper. Bought some protective cases and put them on. They work great. I lost my keys in fhe sand at the beach and luckly someone had a Samsung phone nearby amd pinged it. It brought me pretty close to where i was able to see them on the sand. I got lucky. Thanks Samsung! Jeep keyfobs aren't cheap!

I purchased the last two available at this location. Setup and connection were simple. So far, both work as advertised. I haven’t used them for luggage yet. That’s the real test.
