I have one decided to get another one for some odd reason the new one wasn't as good as the one i had so i returned it

The advertised Galaxy SmartTag2 tracks your items by utilizing Bluetooth Low Energy and Ultra-Wideband for short distances. This accessory leverages Samsung's vast SmartThings Find network of other Galaxy devices to find lost items far away, which then anonymously relays your SmartTag2's location via an encrypted signal for privacy. For close-range finding, it offers a "Search Nearby" feature with visual AR guidance and sound, while UWB provides precise direction and distance, working only with compatible newer Galaxy phones. They extended my delivery date by 14 days when they said I'd get it next day. So I canceled the order BEFORE it shipped .. and they still shipped it anyway. I had to go through a hassle to return the product .. and I am STILL waiting for the refund. I wouldn't go through this again. So while what I bought from Best Buy was excellent .. I sent it back and got the same product same day from Amazon. If I'm not paying cash .. I wouldn't buy anything from this store again because they showed that they do not care about their customers.
