Coming from a Surface Go 3 which just wasn't able to support my daily use with its very poor battery life, this is a fantastic improvement. Build quality and look and feel are premium and the included S-pen is a huge highlight as I need this tablet primarily for taking notes and studying. The pen is light, nicely designed, and is very well integrated with Samsung's One UI and apps. The writing experience is superb compared to using the Microsoft Pen + Surface combo I'd been using. In general, it is a much more ergonomic and pleasant writing experience. There is also no screen flex at all, which was really annoying with the Surface Go 3, Screen appears to be durable, and I've been writing on it with the S-pen without seeing any scratches. Samsung really hit it out of the ball park on the note-taking device front. Speakers are excellent and battery life is insanely long for my typical use case. The screen size and physical proportions of the device are also very ergonomic, I never feel cramped when note taking and it makes for a very pleasant reading experience. It doesn't feel under or oversized, although it is a bit heavier than I expected it to be. This is my first time using a Samsung Android device and I think the OS is fine. I appreciate being able to opt out of the numerous bloatware/Samsung services that I don't care for i.e. Bixby and there are a number of little tweaks and customization you can apply which is nice. It's not the clean Android I have on my Pixel phone, but it's not too bad either. The software experience has been smooth, fast, and I've only experience some issues with third-party browser apps which I attribute more to the app than the OS. I'm very happy with this device, props to Samsung on a quality and well-thought out product.

Excellent tablet. Nice-looking design, beautiful display, fantastic sound quality, awesome battery life, and the S-Pen works flawlessly. The performance is more than adequate as well. I was worried the 6GB of RAM would not be enough, but I have not noticed any lag on this device no matter what I'm doing.

I got this tablet as a gift for myself for Christmas, since it was on sale. Previously I was using a 5 year old Galaxy Tab A 10.5", but it was getting too slow. I traded it in for this one, and the performance difference of this new one is amazing, everything opens and works quickly, the screen is bright and the colors are nice and rich. I watch YouTube and other videos, and they look great. It also came with an S-Pen which I've never had before and still haven't used yet, but I may get some drawing and painting software to try it out. The screen is also bigger than my old tablet and seems to be sharper. I'll admit, I'm not much of a gamer, I haven't tried it for gaming, so I can't make any review on that. I use this tablet about 2+ hours a day and the battery will usually last for about 5 to 6 days. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and plan on using it for 5 years or more!

Love this tablet! I dont have a TV in my room so this works perfect for watching my shows all tucked in. Very bright and clear display. Sound is great! The S pen is fantastic for coloring apps, very smooth. Large screen for browsing and IG is full screen (not tiny like ipad). I love how easy it was to set up and transfer phone info/apps. Battery life is long. can pick up where i left off my phone or TV to the tablet. Get it, you wont be disappointed. Even though its not the newest model, the features are still top tier.

I bought this for college and it’s honestly been such a lifesaver! I use it for taking notes, viewing stuff on Microsoft 365, doing online assignments, pretty much everything. The S Pen is great, I can rest my hand on the screen without it registering my hand when I’m taking notes or doodling. It’s fast, it opens applications quickly, no lagging or anything. Overall, a great purchase! Especially since I can put Krita on it.

I have been disappointed by every tablet that I have had that wasn't an Ipad... until this tablet. The picture is crystal clear, I have had no issues with lagging or connection. My kids used this on our recent 20 hour road trip and the battery life is amazing. After 5 movies and letting the play games it still had life left on it. I love that the memory on these are expandable as well versus an Ipad which you are stuck with whatever you bought it at. I am not a tech savvy person, so it may not be the BEST one out there, but its been great so far

I was searching for a tablet to take notes at work. I have a lot of meetings and was tired of wasting paper and have unorganized notes. The s pen on s9 FE feels great when you write. And the samsung notes app is superior to any other app + you can sync it with One Note of your job uses microsoft suite. Its a great size for reading which I have been doing on my Kindle App. It also works great for general web browsing and media consumption. I highly reccomend this tablet, especially at the budget friendly price point. It definetly needs a case though. If you are in th e ink tablet market, just buy this all in one tablet that also takes notes well.

Im using it along with a keyboard case for college (i bought the case on amazon bc only the 9+ is avaible on best buy and i also bought a protection screen). So far i love it, its so easy to use, its really fast, and the pen moves really smoothly. I use it mostly to take notes, follow along lecture slides, and make notes on my textbooks. So far, its served me really well for this and even more.

S9 FE's got a sweet screen and the pen's a blast, perfect for chilling or getting stuff done. Battery life? Seriously good. Basically, it's a solid tablet without the crazy price tag.

This tablet has quite the screenplay to it with that. It gives good color and when I’m ready to do my comics, the drawing is very accurate along with me having to play music out loud the speak quality outstanding overall, the tablet is very good for myself as a student And the battery life is very good

I really like this tablet. It has a battery life that is decent. I really like the S-Pen. The weight is perfect for my already weighted down tote bag. I’m enjoying it. I wanted a tablet that was not connected to my I-family. With this I have less distractions

It was really great product! Love to use it. Firstly, I would like to say about battery life it was really amazing has very good battery life. Secondly, I like to talk about accessing the tablet it’s really easy to operate the tablet where transition between one app to another was very smooth no glitch and really feels good when we are taking notes! The pencil along with this quite remarkable! Thirdly, I like to speak about camera quality it’s really amazing. The 12 mp of the camera specs as such standard worth to buy this product for! Overall it’s really worth based on quality and money! A great product to buy as a student it’s really amazing to use I like to say people “start getting changed to adopt a new way android notebooks”

This replaced my Galaxy Tab S2, so needless to say I was due for an upgrade. I like the size and seems very quick. It's a bit of a fingerprint magnet, but I can live with that. I bought a case from Amazon for about $15 because I didn't feel like shelling out $70 bucks for a Samsung cover, I did have a problem at first connecting to wifi. It said it was connected with no internet. After resetting the tablet, resetting my modem/router, it still wouldn't connect with my home wifi although it would connect with my phone hotspot. So I thought it was a defective unit, so took it back to Best Buy and they gave my a new one. Got home and same thing- connected with no internet. My home internet was about 5 years old but everything else ran fine on it. Finally realized my AP was powered POE so I unplugged it for a minute, plugged it back in and the S9 finally connected. Everything was great for about a day, then it wouldn't connect again. Tried unplugging modem and AP again, this time it would not connect back. So I called my service provider (Cox) and asked for a modem upgrade. I also ordered a new TP Link AP to replace my old Ruckus AP. Now everything is working great. And I ended getting a deal from Cox and got a fiber connection at 1Gbps for cheaper than my old 500 mbps service. I like the tablet but can't understand why it had trouble with my older internet equipment.

I really like it. The battery, the screen size,is so good . Feels so light and the S -pen is so comfortable.

Samsung's tablets are now surpassing Apple's iPads and I cannot be happier. This S9 FE to me is blazing fast I experience no lag one on Wi-Fi and the screen is amazing the display is amazing the sound is top notch and the way that this tablet runs my family of Galaxy devices kind of is like the the quarterback is phenomenal I'm so happy that there is something besides Apple products out there that can do what they do and thank you so much Samsung for the newest lineup S9 tablet watch six s24 ultra phone because you truly are on top of the technology game when it comes to devices in my opinion I would recommend this with two thumbs up to anyone and everyone You cannot go wrong for under $500 for this tablet.
