I am connected to a Windows PC through display port and the resolution and refresh are as advertised. My Nvidia 3060 recognized the monitor so G-sync is running fine. I do not have any dead pixels or hot spots. The ergonomic adjustments are very good. Only minor complaint is the stand takes up a lot of desk space but wall mounting is an option if your layout allows for it. Mine does not.

To add insult to Injury. The warranty covers 12 months, Samsung wants me, the buyer, to pay out of my pockets for the horrendous quality offered by the g7 Oddysey 28". For 1000$CAD , you would expect much more. I strongly advice you run your options before considering Samsung Products. Happened to 3 of my friends aswell , Good luck.

They gave me monitor that was put together (dusty—like they had been using for display, no box and missing parts and warranty card. No matter how much disappointment I said when picking and calling in for help, the only option they gave me was return it. Bad customer service!! Also it’s not as clear as a 32” TV/monitor that I have been using for a number of years.

Screen flickers and it would try to go on sleep mode if it doesn’t detect a display. It’s great for watching shows though and games that look good in 4k

Glorified TV, not a monitor

All the smart TV garbage thats put in makes doing anything with it a pain compared to a real monitor. This is a glorified TV that's "gamer" friendly. There's no way to change inputs other than using the voice control from what I can find and the voice control doesn't work 7 out of 10 times so I'm just sitting here stupidly yelling into my remote trying to change from my PC to my switch. The speakers are terrible, the lighting is weak. The only reason this gets two stars instead of one is that the screen itself is great and plays well with my PC.

The monitor has gaming settings. Easy to setup. Rarely the only issue I ever have is the box turns on before the monitor does and cause the display resolution to drop. Just move the port and reset both and it fixes it. Other than that no issues. Looks good.

My HMDI port 1 went out. And sadly a day after the return period. Makes sense right? But other than that. Decent product.
