T7 drive not compatible with my camera

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I currently use a T5 harddrive with my Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera. Saw the T7 came out and was stoked to get the newest version. Hooked it up and it didn't work. It won't record. Googled it and tons of people with same problem. I returned it and got a T5. I'm sure it will be good once they figure the compatibility issue out. For now, it is useless for me.

And was surprised how fast I filled it up. T7 /1Tb went fast. Movies take up a lot of space. If you are going to use it for that. Find out how much space might need first, before choosing your storage device. I bought another 2Tb this morning myself. And I’m not sure about writing over deleted space in it. Haven’t figured that out yet.
