    Amazing SSD. Got this for my Xbox one x. Make sure to update the firmware after taking it out of the box. Once that is done, you plug it into the Xbox and follow the instructions on screen and you are good to go.

    Great. Did the job. A little expensive, but if it does the job, it's fine. I need a place to safely store all my photos. Lost many years of photos on my previous drive. Hopefully, this will protect me going forward.

      I’m sorry to hear that your out-of-box experience fell short of your expectations.

      The maximum transfer speed that can be achieved by the T7 is 1,050 MB/s on a PC that supports USB 3.1 Gen2 and UASP Mode, but the speed may vary depending on your PC environment and the types of data being transferred.

      As there are various factors that could affect speed, I would encourage you to call Samsung Customer Support to troubleshoot your issue.

      1) Call: 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for Memory or press #, then 6 for Memory products)

    As a photographer, I love this SSD hard drive. Yes, it is a little more expensive than say a myPassport, but so worth it. They’re so much more durable!
