The installation was clean and complete. I setup the install for a 2.5 hours install and it was done on time.

I couldn't be happier with the installation experience. I was greeted by name when I arrived at the install bay at 9 AM. Jalil Corder, the installer, even recommended a great diner nearby where I had breakfast and coffee while he completed the installation. Jalil then gave me a tour of the functions of the receiver before I left. He also went the extra mile (or at least the extra 100 yards) to catch up with me before I left the parking lot to give me the box and manual I accidentally left behind. Highly recommend getting your radio installed here.

Geek Squad installed by stereo and new speakers in my truck. Paul at the Covington La Store is quick and takes a lot of pride with install. I could not be any more pleased. He showed me how to operate and set stereo for me without asking. He told me it would take 4 hours. He was right on his time frame. He called me 2 hours to give me update and gave me some options on how he could run the USB to a cigarette lighter outlet to use to plug in my phone to hook up phone to stereo by car play. Amazing install

It's installed and working finally - had to connect with SiriusXM 4 times to get it finally receiving the signal correctly. It would have been nice to have that working when the installation was done. XM tried to tell me it was going to be a $15 transfer fee which I told them I would not pay - the service didn't move, it got upgraded. My guess is Best Buy does enough of this there should be a direct connect for the techs to be able to have the satellite radio running at the time of installation

I don’t care for your store, customer service is all messed up. You need to retrain them, just terrible, if you want more detail call me.. 858-232-8380 However the only person I did interact with was Alex, he is the installer. He was very mature excellent customer service. Kept me appraised ever 15 min. I would give this man a raise!

The install of a new receiver (AM/FM/XM + Bluetooth/USB was to replace an early Pioneer radio with similar components plus CD player. Unit works well, and install was professional and on schedule. I was disappointed that an existing aftermarket rear camera wasn't able to be hooked up to the unit (has camera input) and also that I had to walk back and ask several questions just to get radio to tune. I would have preferred a 5 minute "walk-through" after 2 hours of install work..

Everyone was very helpful in the installation of my stereo. Everything was set up and he said ven explained the basic on how to use certain programming. I got a great deal on the stereo and the free installation and great service was perfect!

The installation team did a nice job even before the installation appointment. Due to a complication during the purchase of the radio, not all of the necessary accessories were ordered. Prior to the installation, the technician sent us a specific list of additional parts required, which I'm confident saved us from having to reschedule the appointment. During the appointment itself, they were courteous and efficient, getting the job done within the timeframe promised. After installation, the radio has been working perfectly and looks like it was installed from the factory.

I went in to have a new satellite antenna installed. I thought I was going to replace a radio, but that was abandoned before I got to the shop. The job was driven in on schedule for the installation, and though it was a simple job, the tech whose name I regretfully forget took the time to ask questions and listen to my answers - as well as answering my questions - before anything else. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable and efficient, and completed the installation in my Expedition in a very short time. My appointment was originally purchased and set via remote assistant. It happened that the day priorto install,received a call that they need to move the appointment later. or the following day. I oppt for later time of following day. Once i arrived, I was told the product was not available at that particular store. ( the remote rep advised me to go to this store...they had the product and would do the install as scheduled.) The Geek squad installer apologized. He then confirmed the Arden Store ( where I originally was trying to get this accomplished) has 3 of the tunners in stock. If I could retrieve the item there, then schedule the install back to them in Citrus Heights. This could be discounted to me either of purchase or install. ( This never happened). I spent the rest of my time and effort of the mid to late afternnon get the tunner at Arden Store, then wait 2 more days until the Citrus heights store could install it I originally purchased the Kenwood DMpt3 radio and install 2 years prior fro Arde way which accomdates this Sirius Xm device

Satellite vehicle tuner installation was done quickly and done right. The tech was friendly and did a good, clean job.
