Fast read/write, and teice the size of the Series S internal drive. At the end of the day, its a must have for the Series S… and probably eventually for my Series X as well.

If you want to only play 1-3 games at a time and constantly be deleting them to make room, more power to you. It’s overpriced. I needed it. I bought it. It works as expected. The end.

With the file size of games getting larger, having an easy plug in that doubles your memory is a necessity. If you’re on the fence, just get it.

So he wanted this for Christmas... He was happy so that made me happy. No issues so far and seems to be working great with his system.

Hopefully in the future MS will get more storage manufacturers online to make bigger cards and less expensive, but until then this works as if it is internal and actually works quite well with the system.
