Great addition for my Xbox Series X. Plays downloaded games seamlessly.

This does exactly what I wanted it to do. Was hesitant to get the 4tb one, but was more than satisfied with my 2tb SSD. I own over 200 games on Xbox and this definitely helps to keep my favorite games that are strictly for the next gen consoles like the series x and s or as I call it the fridge Xbox ha! Definitely recommend that people buy these. Now the only problem I have is too many games downloaded that I don't know what to play! So many options!

If you’re constantly downloading digital games, you’ve got to pick one of these up. It’s easy to swap between consoles if you ever upgrade or need a warranty replacement on your console. Swapping between the console memory and this is easy and quick.

Honestly this device is very helpful and I was so tired of only having like 5 games installed and it was the max. But now with this I was able to add 28+ games since then and am very satisfied with the purchase.

This is the card's killer feature. Unlike external hard drives that are great for storage but can't play Series X|S games, the Seagate Expansion Card is a perfect clone of the console's internal Velocity Architecture SSD. It plugs directly into the dedicated storage expansion port on the back of the console.
The setup is breathtakingly simple: plug it in, wait seconds for the Xbox to recognize it, and you're done. There are no cables, no external power bricks, no formatting prompts. It instantly becomes part of your system storage. You can play any game—from Microsoft Flight Simulator to Call of Duty—directly from the card with zero performance loss. Load times, Quick Resume features, and visual performance are identical to the internal SSD. This seamless integration is worth the price of admission alone.
Performance: Every Bit as Fast as Promised
The numbers don't lie. This card delivers the exact same speed as the internal storage:
Instant Game Library: With 1TB or 2TB options, you can effectively double or triple your available "next-gen" storage. This means your entire library of optimized Series X|S games can be installed and ready to play at a moment's notice.

This card is a little expensive, however its constructed with quality. This simply plugs in the back and expands the internal storage via SSD. A quick installation for quick and speedy storage.

Basically a hard drive extension. Indistinguishable in performance from the internal drive in my Series X. If only it wasn't so expensive. But that's the video game industry these days.

This has been a really big headache saver. As games continue to grow in size the consoles honestly should come with a minimum 2TB of storage. Since they don’t this has been a seamless addition to adding much needed storage. Save yourself the headache and just buy it so you don’t have to keep switching out games on your console.

It’s expensive but that isn’t a drawback on the product itself. It provides a seamless integration with your S/X consoles. It works like your built in SSD. Transferring stuff from your internal storage to your SSD card or vise versa is a button away. If your internal is full, the Xbox will ask you if you want to save it to this SSD card. No brain required. You will love it. It’s hard to spend the money but very rewarding after you do on this. I have no complaints.

Microsoft made it super easy! Just rotate the console so you can see the slot pop it in and done. You’ll turn the console back on it’ll ask you to format the drive you say yes and done!
Super easy and fast

Seagate SSD is excellent. Just plug it right in to the back of your Xbox series X and it’s ready to go. It’s a bit expensive, but a great way to add 2 more tb of SSD space.

I guess you could say this is kind of a "pass/fail" situation. It's a memory card, either it works or it doesn't. In this case I give it a full pass! It works as advertised and now my games load lightning fast compared to pulling from my external 2TB SSD. The price kept me at bay for quite a while, but I'm glad I took the plunge. If you keep a library of games, this little card is a must!

It works great! Easy to install and gives me double the storage capacity I had before. No more switching out games from hard drive to SSD storage on board Xbox! A great value.
