HOWEVER, it works perfectly and we tested it for any micro-leaks, heating time, cooking time, and each dish we tried, and drinks we warmed up or heated, were all perfectly heated through equally - no cold spots! Excellent product. Here is to hoping it lasts us longer than our Samsung Microwave that lasted us a total of 2.5 years.
