I had a pair of Jabra Elite 65t true wireless earbuds, which I liked a lot, but lost them when traveling. I bought the Sennheisers to replace them because I've read reviews of their audio quality. I am very pleased with the audio on these headphones -- I had to experiment with some different tips, but once I found a size that fit really well, the sound from the Sennheisers is the best I've ever head in Bluetooth headphones. The sound is very detailed, with a good range. I listen to a wide variety of music, from rock and pop to classical and jazz, and the Sennheisers work well for all types of music, as well as listening to audiobooks and podcasts. They also work well for me when used for phone calls. The caller's voice is very clear, I get a good solid Bluetooth connection, and people at the other end report that my voice sounds clear and natural. What I don't like is that the earbuds are pretty buggy. I get very frustrated quite often when I try to answer my phone and call audio is still paired to the Sennheisers, even though they're in their charging case and in my pocket -- there are many times when the Bluetooth connection just don't end when you put the earbuds away. Also, the charging case has been a little challenging -- the Jabras would recharge the earbuds three times, the Sennheiser is supposed to do that twice, but there have been many times when I've only used the earbuds for maybe three or four hours since the last charge and the charging case is dead. This doesn't happen every time, but often enough that I always feel like I need to top off the charge much more frequently. I feel like these issues could be resolved with a firmware update, and if Sennheiser could fix those issues, I would give these a five-star rating. However, as good as the sound is, the bugs keep me from really loving them.

I liked the sound of these earbuds and how well they passively blocked sound with the silicone tips. They had great sound, great range, and were comfortable enough for me to wear for long periods of time. The reason I'm giving these a 3 star rating is because despite the things I liked about them, there were some issues that I wasn't willing to accept in such an expensive pair of earbuds. I ended up returning them. Pros * Noise isolation * Sound quality * Range * USB C * Bluetooth 5 * Aptx Low Latency support Cons * I'd sometimes take them out of the case and find that both the earbuds and the case was dead. (I don't think they turn off until you put them in the case, and if the case is dead, maybe they don't turn off and eventually die?) * I had to in effect re-pair them every time I wanted to change which device I was using. I got used to this for the most part, but the most annoying part of it is sometimes I like to just use one earbud, but to pair to a different device you need to touch the sides of both earbuds. * The microphone was adequate but not great. I sometimes got complaints from people that they couldn't hear me well. * The audio pass through feature wasn't great or loud enough, and I don't think I was able to configure how loud the pass through was. * The case for the earbuds is a little big and was uncomfortable to leave in my pocket sometimes. * I don't like how shiny the outsides of the earbuds are. This wasn't a big deal, and I knew about it ahead of time, but I wish they were black.

The earbuds are very comfortable for me to say the least, they sound better than my Bose Soundsports but aren't as loud. Transparent hearing does work although it doesnt seem useful for me. I still find myself taking out an earbud when someone speaks to me. The app required to tweak the EQ is what I do not like at all. Bluetooth connection to my S8 plus works just fine, but when you launch the app it never connects to the earbuds although they are connected to my phone. After a few attempts to "retry connection" via the app, a prompt comes up and asks you to turn on and off location services and it still doesnt work. I find that spamming the retry button eventually gets you connected. But, if you leave the app and come back to it, the connection is lost again. Its mildly annoying. One major issue that is bugging me is a crackling sound that I hear in my right earbud. It isn't a constant cracking but it only happens during certain times of a song, I guess at a certain frequency? I'm not sure but it's in everything I listen to. I'm disappointed, I really enjoy the design, comfort, and sound quality (minus the crackling). I'm considering a return and purchasing the M&D MW07s instead.

I purchased both the Momentum and the MW07 because I was not certain which one was better. First and foremost, if you are looking for sound quality you regularly find in wired, regular headphones, you will be utterly disappointed. No earplugs will come close. I own the latest noise-cancelling Bose and the Momentum does not come close to these. I am still debating whether to keep them or not because they do offer some nice features. First, I am only interested in sound and portability. These offer good sound separation and are light on the ear. Bass is lacking, however, and they are not loud at all. I find myself turning the volume all the way up and have caught myself going back to turn it even higher just to realize the volume is at maximum level. I have not had the opportunity to compare them to the MW07 yet, but I know already that the MW07 are louder. I will update my review once I do that. A side of me wants to wait until the good people of Sennheizer come up with a firmware update or a second version perhaps next year.

I brought these buds for listening calls, music and movies. This is the only wireless earbuds which got connected to my Samsung HDR TV without any fuss. I did return Bose, Beats and even Corsair gaming one just they were not able to be connected despite my TV is latest 1 year old and latest in the line of UHD. Case is nice and not very big like bose to carry around but I would love the size of airpods. Anyway, this earbuds are far better to any in the class and I loved the music and movie on them. I thought that money well spent and finally my search over but I was wrong. I couldn't even complete 1 movie with them on and my ear started paining. I tried changing buds from medium to Small or Large but didn't help. Your sound isolation depends on the earcaps size and they will not be secure. Also being overall metal finish, handling is bit tricky. I would suggest to try on these before you make a final purchase. I am still thinking to return them but going to try another 1 week.

I bought these at the pretty steep price of 500 dollars. I unboxed them and was really excited. For wireless earbuds, they sounded very good and they slid right in my ears and stayed put. The touch controls were a bit unresponsive as sometimes it would take multiple clicks to respond. After about 2 hours of continual use, my ears did start to ache as the earbuds were a little too big for my ears and changing the rubber pieces to a different size didn't help. After 3 hours, I couldnt have them in anymore because the constant ear pain wasn't worth it. I am a really big Sennheiser fan, but I would not recommend these at 300 dollars.

I used it for a week before I returned it back. The battery is supposed to last 4 hours and the case should provide additional 8 hours of use. However, I had only used it for less than 7 hours before the earphones and the case both run out of the battery.

These ear buds sound beautiful, but need charging almost every other time wearing them. I don’t know if it’s the software or charging case.
