It works very well and fits in compact areas. But with it so small, you have to empty the canister often.

We have 4 dogs and 4 people living in a 1,500 sq ft house and this things cleans up after all of us like nothing I've ever seen. Plus living in the desert there's lots of sand embedded in our carpet and the first day we used this it made our carpets look like new!

Used for the first time today. Suction is excellent! It's a little heavier than I was expecting, but rolled well on the floor so weight isn't an issue during use. Stretch hose is very convenient and easy to use. Dust cup seems a little small. House is just under 3,000 square feet and I had to empty dust cup about 10 times. Overall I'm very satisfied and would recommend.

Purchase for my mom who is elderly. It was light weight and picked up well.

Makes life easier to have this vacuum especially in tight spaces. Our Labrador sheds a lot of hair and we got tired of pulling out our old Kirby Vacuum.

This vacuum is easy to use, not too loud, and very easy transitioning from carpet to tile/wood flooring.

I feel that this Shark vacuum is a good deal for the money. I was a little worried at first from some of the reviews that I had read, but it works fine on my area rugs and on my bare floors. The main complaint that I have is that the cord is much shorter than my Dyson. I can't plug in just one time per room anymore. The other slight complaint is that the compartment that traps the dirt and animal hair gets filled up rather quickly.

This vacuum is not exactly lightweight, and does not have the kind of twisting or motion capability of super fancy vacuums, however the suction is powerful and it really did a great job cleaning kitty litter from my carpet AND pet hair from my furniture with the attached hose. I do wish all of the hose handles attach to the vacuum, but there is one larger hose attachment that does not fit onto the vacuum. All in all, I am very satisfied.

My wife and I had previously owned a stinker of a $70 vacuum. We knew we needed a new one and this was in our range so after reading reviews we gave it a shot. This baby fluffs the carpet amazingly. We moved into a new place that had older carpet and we had guests that had thought we replaced the carpet as well, with the our other renovations. Great value for the price!

I have a special needs son who is super sensitive to noise. This is much better than any other vacuum I have used in terms of noise. Don't get me wrong, it still makes noise, but the pitch is different and the volume is much less. I love the fact that is does not use expensive bags. I highly recommend this product!

This vacuum is very lightweight and cleans very good. It's easy to clean out the dirt and filter.
