Defective/ has serious issues

But could not get it to work with my PC and display native 4K 144hz. The monitor appears to be on and accepting the signal while showing a white LED to indicate - but only showed the black blank screen. tried reinstalling my video drivers etc. and no luck. Monitor seemed defective. did not see a monitor firmware update on Sony support site. this is unfortunately a immediate return for me.

We regret to hear that you are not having a complete experience because of the black screen issue when using a PC. Your feedback is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. We hope that the cable you are using is of a latest version. Make sure that all connections are secured. Sometimes cables are the easiest cause for concern and fix most issues like a black screen. Please also note that 144Hz is supported via Display port and USB-C (DP Alt Mode). To update the software version of the monitor, please make sure to follow the steps on this link:

I’ve enjoyed mine for a while but my one complaint is switching inputs takes so long, and sometimes never recognizes my consoles.

Make sure that all connections are secured. It is also recommended to use a High Speed HDMI cable or the latest version of a display port cable. Sometimes cables are the easiest cause for concern and fix most issues.

Great Picture with Full-Array

I was looking for a full-array monitor and found the choices are few and far between, with the Sony being the best overall value.
