The small size is good for a bedroom or other small space. The low stand and tiny bezel make the TV very small but with the 42 inch size screen. I bought this as a Geek Squad Certified so I will have to do a follow-up regarding longevity. I was expecting a better job on packaging and was frankly worried when it arrived. Not impressed at all by how they repackaged the TV.

It was nothing in comparison to the tv it replaced, was also Sony. As well, nothing in comparison to my 65" Sony in my living room. Figured, you get what you pay for. This model is on the pricey side, but is also a very good quality television. In all aspects.

I was torn between the LG C2 and the Sony A90K. I paid a little more for the Sony and I do not regret it one bit. This was my first OLED and I don’t think I will ever look back after seeing the image.

Great image; Shoddy hardware

It does have shoddy craftsmanship, and you may consider a different TV if you’re wanting to use with a monitor arm. The plastic on the back of the TV separated from the display after using with a VESA mount. Sony customer service calls this “damage” and they have only a 1 year warranty. Regardless, if you’d like to buy a great image, get this TV. If you want a great gaming monitor, look for something purpose built.

Mixed usage: console gaming, movies/TV and media consumption (YouTube, Twitch, etc). The deal breaker for me was the image processing on the Sony vs LG since I’ll also be using it to watch content as well. I was previously using a 65” C9 (in living room) for 2+ years and I’ve been extremely happy with my decision to upgrade to a dedicated gaming set up.

Excellent Open-Box item had burn in

It came with a missing remote as well as burn in. Only had it over night since it was obviously defective. Otherwise, it was a really nice looking display.

Abrasion to anti reflective coating

I cleaned with a soft cloth dampened with distilled water. I damaged the interior coating so now have shadows. How in the world is cleaning the screen done correctly? Sony company will not help says I caused cosmetic damage.
