Great TV let down by the remote

Need a manual!!!

Setting up was easy but then the programs we were watching kept freezing. There’s no manual for the remote and looking it up on the internet is a big pain!!! The picture is great but now we’re having trouble on the voice syncing with the person talking.

Regarding the manual, in an effort to become more environmentally conscious, hard copies of instructions manual or handbook are no longer supplied. Worth the Price
