So far it’s a great tv, only thing is if you have spectrum you have to upgrade to their HD in order to see it in hD. Wish the remote would have a light on some buttons and when u drop it the back comes off, other than that, great tv, great picture

A great example of Sony doing what they do best. It’s a great starter TV, and it’s definitely a very capable device! Great for a bedroom, tbh. It’s easy to use, and set up. It’s quick, too.

This is my first Smart TV. I came from a 9 year old Sony Bravia 1080P TV and my... aside from the crisp 4K picture, the convenience of a smart TV is amazing! This TV runs android so downloading an internet browser and other apps aside from the conveniently loaded Youtube and Netflix is a breeze!

I love the picture and how easy it was to setup. Very light and energy efficient in regards to heat dispersed from tv. One I thing I don’t like is the remote seems to have a delay response to your inputs not other than that the tv picture, options and ease of setup is A ok.

We purchased a new Sony 4K Smart tv to replace our older model HD set that was starting to have issues. The new tv is sharper and clearer and we like the smart tv for all the options that gives us. We are looking forward to enjoying the Sony quality in this tv slso.

So far, so good. I really love the picture on this model. It's only marginally larger than my last set but it does seem a lot bigger. The controls are easy to understand. Set up was snap and I am not disappointed in the Sony name as usual.

I was going to buy the 43 inch but my nephew talked me into the 49 inch and I love it. Was thinking of a Samsung but sounds like the quality has gone down and I have another Sony so I will be sticking with them for all future purchases. Great TV.

For being on sale black Friday at $200 off it is a great picture. Much brighter than old 800d Sony picture was. I like the image of cable TV, upscaled nicely. The only thing I don't like is tv sits angled backwards at 15 degrees. Easily rectified by sticking something under tv legs to rid angle it sits at. Easy to set up and get using. Took 10 minutes.

The Sony has a very good picture and good motion capture. The sound is a little flat, which most televisions these days. Seems to be no way to get more base. The only other thing that was strange and had no way to correct, was the legs to sit on a cabinet. They are designed to tilt the TV rearward by 4 or 5 degrees, so it is not plumb with the wall. I talked to the company, and they said they are designed that way to point more to the viewer from a lower table. I solved it by removing them and getting a universal TV stand from Amazon...$34.00

We are back with Sony and happy. We were happy to find a good quality TV that fits in our cabinet. We got this set to replace an LG that died after 3 years!! Hook up for this set is very easy and intuitive. Thank you Sony!

I bought an LG7300 first, after deciding I wanted an IPS display. It wasn't up to par with this Sony. If you're looking for a nice high end entry/mid-range, this is a great lineup. One issue, the contrast is MEH. IPS has that drawback, so you'll want to watch with ambient lighting. Android TV is so nice too for apps off Google play, and integration with Google assistant OR Alexa surprisingly if you set it up. The speakers are typical. Get a soundbar, even the budget Samsung or Sony, because these things get loud, but have absolutely terrible quality IMHO. But these days, I don't think any of the TVs that aren't over $1000 have a chance of high quality speakers. Plenty of HDMI ports(4) with ARC on one. Apparently supports HDR10 but I believe it might be somewhat software simulated, because it's the same picture from what I can tell between HDR(which is already awesome) and the (apparently better) HDR10, which I've only seen a difference in on the 900 series or 9 on LG. Anyway, great display, great UI, Google assistant on remote, USB keyboard and mouse compatible. Oh, and the remote can control smart devices, thermostat, lights, etc while the TV is on.

I was debating on installing a 4K TV in my home office. I didn't want to spend a fortune but I did have my mind set on a SONY. We have an 55XBR900E in the living room hooked up to a Dolby Atmos system that we absolutely love. We went to Best Buy during the Presidents' day sale and saw this TV for $450.00 (regularly $699.99). The picture was the best of all the other brands displayed. It didn't take long to make a decision to purchase it. It doesn't have all the features the higher end models have but you would be hard pressed to notice. I definitely recommend this TV

This Sony TV has brilliant and vibrant colors. The sound quality is okay. I also bought a Sony sound bar to use with a 43 inch Samsung tv, which enhanced the sound. Seems like the Sony soundbar fits more perfectly in sound with the larger Sony TV. I would recommend a Sony tv for the best in colors, although more expensive.
