Defective Product and terrible unprofessional serv

It took me 10 phone calls and being hung up on more than once by outsourced customer service with roosters roosting in the background just to finally have my warranty be honored after going through hoops doing their job trouble shooting getting nowhere. Even having me send them pictures to prove my case. Now I'm not even sure I'm getting a brand new tv because that is what I paid for. The tv is arriving in a different box not the actual box i purchased the one at home with. Terrible explanation and stressed out about it all.

TV Install

SONY Technical support is the worst

My TV had problems and Sony gave me the run around and was the worst technical support I have ever dealt with of any product I ever bought..And I still did not get it fixed.

Decent picture lacks features

Always have to restart

Every time i try to watch netflix, the words people are speaking do not sync with lip movement. So freking annoying!

Not Happy

I’m going back to my 10 year old Bravia that still works like a charm and has an amazing picture.

TV Setup Incomplete

Don’t Buy a Bravia

Bought this TV a month ago and will be returning it. It freezes almost every time we watch TV. Sometimes it restarts on its own, and other times it needs to be unplugged and hard-restarted. Unbelievable for a supposedly high-quality Sony product. Very disappointed and will not be buying a Sony again. Went online for a fix and found a bunch of reddit threads duscussing the problem. Apparently not an isolated issue.

Do not recommend.

All settings are correct as they should be. I missed the return window and Best Buy does not handle this brand on warranty so I am in the Sony cycle of trying to get this resolved. Very disappointment as my prior Sony was perfect for years. I would not recommend.

Beautiful image and sound was much better than I thought it would be. Haven’t used the features specific to streaming services like the IMAX enhanced, but my 4k Criterion’s looks amazing. A little worried about the long term. Don’t like having to reset it twice within a week of purchasing.

Best TV I’ve had

Overall I love this TV!

Will not work easily with sound systems if at all.

It does not recognize Sonos sound system, audio will not pass through unless you go into settings almost every time and mess with it. If you switch to a different device sometimes it’s tv audio sometimes it’s no audio and sometimes it actually comes through the Sonos which is supposedly capable of Bravia sync but according to this nice picture having piece of junk it is not. When you reach out for help all they want to tell you is to check your cables. I’ve replaced the HDMI cables three times. I’m guessing it ain’t the cables. If you do not plan on using a sound system with this tv then you will probably be happy with it but if you do plan on using it with sound system then do some serious research first.
