This is certainly not the news we'd like to hear from you. If you haven't yet, let's try to isolate the problem by following the steps below:
1. Make sure that any audio, video, or coaxial cables used are securely connected to the TV.
2. Remove any electronic devices that may cause interference from the TV.
3. Determine if the issue is with the broadcast or source device.
• If using an antenna or direct cable from the wall (without a box) - Try to view from another channel or signal source such as cable box, DVD, Blu-ray Disc™ player, or game system.
• If using a cable box, DVR, or satellite receiver - Try a different channel, lower the volume on the box, or try a different source device such as DVD, Blu-ray Disc player, or game system.
And as a general recommendation, to ensure you are getting the most out of your A95K, we highly recommend updating its firmware to the latest version. The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. For more information, please visit the link below:

Normally I stick with sub $500 TVs and they have always held up really well. I finally decided to take a look at better TVs to really get the most out of my sound system and PS5. I happened to be walking around a local Best Buy and saw another Sony TV and instantly fell in love with the picture. After a lot of research into the TV on display, I determined that this was the best of the best for the money if you are already pretty invested into a Sony ecosystem. Stunning picture out the box, nice and easy to set up, and automatically detects the best sound if you have a Sony receiver hooked up. It takes some time to get the optimal settings for gaming, but once set up it’s beautiful. This is one of the few models that come with the camera, but it feels a little gimmicky and unnecessary. But camera or not it is still worth every penny
