Best picture I have ever had on a TV. The colors are brilliant and the definition in the picture is excellent. I have never seen the blacks so totally black.

Easy to set up great picture and thin. Colors are beautiful and when viewing 4K content like Amazon Prime you can really get the beautiful display of the OLED tv.

Bought this unit open box, floor model, for a great deal. Steal, I would say. Sure, Sony uses LG panels. Could have just bought the LG. There is a few reasons I didn't. 1)superior sound. Among best sound i've heard from an entry level model, good depth and bass.... not washed out or tin like. 2)image processing. Even low quality feeds look good on this tv. Tons of EQ settings if you don't like the presets I am not a gamer, so that doesn't matter. Have heard this isn't the best gaming tv. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment. Thanks Best Buy!

Great picture quality & sound! The price was fair. Not the newest television from Sony but still a great value! Set up wad very easy. We are very happy with it!

The picture quality on this TV is great! It is also much lighter weight than other 65" televisions I have purchased in the past. There is sometimes a slight lag in the picture quality which is not ideal, but after a few moments of turning the TV on, the image becomes sharp.

Love the TV. It’s so convenient how chrome cast is built in; no need for proprietary dongles of any kind. The tv is very slim, light and easy to mount. The OLED panel is comparable to that of my LG E9 series and colors are vibrant. It does everything that your average smart tv can do, and more! Since i have both Google Home and Alexa (fire tv needed), this TV integrates easily within the smart home ecosystem. Sony is a phenomenal brand and I’ve owned many Sony products over the years, along with LG and Samsung competitors. Highly recommend!

Love this Tv the picture quality is awesome. This is the best TV we’ve had. Easy to use and connects to all devices and apps.

I always try to buy Sony for the longevity and quality. Cost more? Yes. Worth it, definitely. I would only note, I with it was a motion sensor to shut off if no one is in front of it. As well as a camera for giant zoom or Skype sessions... The remote could be better with their interface. For the most part, it’s easy to navigate but it does feel like it has a mind of its own sometimes. I still haven’t used it to it’s full potential. It could use an auto adjust to preference based on media being used..

Great tv. The color is great and I love the fact that you don’t need a sound bar with it. Sony did a good sound on the sound system.

Television looks great and has quality picture. I would highly recommend to another person. No issues with use, in fact, it’s very easy to use.

This TV has the best picture and was easy to set up. You won't go wrong with this Sony TV. I feel like I got what I paid for and then some!

We have been big fans of Sony TVs and have owned only Sony TVs. Our expectation from an OLED TV was high. The image quality out of the box is mostly brilliant. A few minor downside we noticed which happened I n rare cases and confirmed with a side-by-side comparison to our other Sony TV (930 series) using same settings are: 1. Some scenes judder on our OLED TV. 2. In some darker scenes, the TV/image suddenly switches to a dark mode as if a switch is turned off. 3. Color accuracy and vibrancy is great most of the time but the color for some content can be washed out. Our Sony 930 series excels in some color vibrancy compared to our OLED TV for these contents. While we noticed these, 95% of the time it outperforms other TVs in the market. Overall, it is still an amazing TV, especially if you can find a good deal.

Price a little high, however picture and sound quality second to none. Remote circle and buttons too small for average adult male.

This TV has exceeded expectations on picture quality and speed of navigation. It zooms through menus. My only negative is sound quality. The volume levels are low along with sound quality. Nothing a soundbar can't fix, but added cost to an already high priced tv. I expected more on this front from sony. My 14 year old Sony bravia outperforms in this category.

So far great. Tv is light weight. Great picture. All it needs is the Netflix calibration the master series has. Hope there is a update

This is my second 4K Sony and first OLED. The quality and depths of the colors as well as real blacks are just unsurpassed by any of the competitors. The sound is also really impressive and I don’t think I’ll bother installing a sound bar on this TV... yep, it’s that good. Setup was easy, with some minor gotchas on the advanced Dolby vision settings. I run this TV exclusively with an Apple TV so I don’t care much about the apps, but the few times I used them they were great and responsive.

This TV has been great and impressive for us. The viewing angle is great. Like antireflective coat or something for our big windows. It's bright enough for daytime for us. We ended up calibrating it w geek squad. I'm glad I did because it made it better. It seems dimmer, but movies and all look great. Apps are easy to use w android. Gaming is also good after calibration. It had been blurring and even flashing at times initially, but now it's great. Very happy we got it.

The new tv is great. Awesome picture and easy to use. The smart tv functions work well and am still figuring out all it can do.

Very clear good picture. When we were in the store choosing this television the sale person told us we did not need a surround sound or sound bar for it because this television had a very high-quality sound system in it but my husband has to turn the sound quality up to the 30s or in the 40s to be able to hear it. And we gave away a very expensive sound bar system that we had on our other television because we were told we wouldn’t need it. Disappointed in this television because of that. We would’ve kept the sound system we already had if the sales person not convinced us it didn’t need it. We had a curved TV before this one and that’s what we want it again but was told they no longer make those. We liked it much better . In my opinion it was not worth the amount of money this set cost
