Originally purchased this TV as an open box, but when I got it home the screen was damaged. BB customer service exchanged the TV with a new one, no questions asked. Geek Squad installed the new TV and recovered the old TV . And this Sony TV is awesome. Thanks Bestbuy!

From Plasma to SONY OLED I'm happy!

If the content being watched is of high quality, it's almost like you are watching something real and not an image. Colors are excellent and lifelike.

Beats the competition where it counts

This TV has the ability to apple tonal corrections and selective sharpness in a much more intelligent way than the compatition. It only falls a little shorter than the rest in game mode. But if your priority is movies, Then look no further. Hands down the best picture.
