This TV is the best TV I have ever owned. In addition, Best Buy's Geek Squad installed the TV on my wall mount and did just a fantastic job while providing very useful information on the TV itself. Net, net my overall satisfaction with all aspects of my purchase is nothing short of exemplary.

Easy to navigate and the picture is incredible. I’ve noticed details in movies I didn’t see before. Actor and actresses have to HATE this tv, because you can see what they really look like. Only regret is I stayed w the 65”. Should have gone bigger. The 5 star on audio below is due to having it hooked up w my SONOS system.

I opted to add a Sonos ARC and Sub to mine and it really PUNCHES now! Although one of the reasons that I bought this TV was the sales person told me that I could add my own front surround to the TV and the TV would power them and just use the screen speaker as the center speaker. This isn’t true. Oh well …

PS5 looked and plays fantastic on this set. The Google TV interface is fun to use as well. The only drawback is the price.... But this is by far the best TV I've ever owned.

I thought because I have a higher-end TV, that I wouldn't need a warranty. Boy was I wrong. After my one-year manufacturer warranty was over, my TV caused a vertical screen that can not be fixed unless I completely replaced the TV. I had high hopes with tooltech that they would be able to fix it, but they basically said "Since you're out of warranty nothing you can do but ride it out and get a new one." I'd assume it would be the same if I had reached out to Sony.. Lesson learned.

Check if the vertical occurs in home screen or other source. If the situation does not improve, service might be required.

The one thing that stands out is the contrast. There is no banding… at all. Shades of every color come out smooth. The sound is also far superior to any television I’ve heard before. This is the first television I’ve actually enjoyed without playing it through my A/V system. I highly recommend this TV, especially at its reduced price.

Not to mention it's the only TV that doesn't require a sound bar. I’ve compared it to 8k tv’s and this one comes out ahead. Out of the box setting are very good. However if you like to tinker with the settings it may get a little overwhelming. I had one mishap that I’m a little concerned about. The TV turned on by itself during a strong electrical thunder storm. No harm done and I’m hoping it was just a one time occurrence.

Its such a huge improvement in all aspects. It is a bit on the pricy side but man its worth it. PS5 looks amazing, all the menus and smart features run fast and smoothly. Only issue I really have is with the VUDU app. It seems very outdated compared to other streaming devices that run the app.
