TV has good sound, but I upgraded it with a Sony HTZ9F soundbar system which made it really sound great. This TV has secondary leg position not shown in pictures, which raises the TV to allow for the soundbar.

When hooked up to a Bose sound bar system, the base is overwhelming and no way to decrease the intensity except lower the volume. Also, controls won’t allow me to switch from tv speakers to the Bose system. When I try to switch, the system automatically switches back to the Bose system. A little frustrating.

I keep it in my living room and while there is never direct sunlight on my screen, it handles indirect light excellently. Colors and detail are amazing. Although it looks like an update broke airplay and I am pending Sony to fix this. I’ve tried to factory reset, turn off and on airplay, disabled private Mac on my cell phone, and even a different iPhone. All with no luck. Kind of sucks that airplay would break like that on a tv this pricey.
