I spent the extra money on this model to enjoy all the true blacks and amazing quality. We were amazed on the picture and all the details you could see on dark scenes. The picture WAS amazing, but now it is terrible. The picture is grainy, dull, and all the dark scenes now are terrible and without detail. There are no longer many shades of black. The sides and corners often look shadowy like a light has gone out. I’m so frustrated!!! I just want my awesome new TV back that I spent well over $3K on.

Now Geek Squad is saying that I need to pay to have the TV fixed even-though I bought the 5 year protection.

Bright 4k UHD, and bright dolby vision scenes are incredible; I'll give it that. However anything less than that is just too dim. Full screen on sdr only hits like 150 nits. Samsungs new mini led hits close to 550 nits and the blacks are almost oled black. Basically I just think oleds are overrated. Just my opinion. The last thing I'll say is, no matter how you feel about this TV, ots not worth 4000 bucks for a 65 inch.
