    Worked fine the week it was set up. Now it is saying Amazon Prime has a disconnected internet cable. No one touched the tv after it was set up. Cable is connected since tv channels through Spectrum are fine. As a tv it is very nice, to run other things problematic.

    The television I received was defective. When watching bright or light scenes there is a noticeable line down the left side of the screen. Now I have to put the tv back in the box and return it to the store. Then wait for a new one. Pretty disappointed for a $4000 tv.

    Best Buy outlet store DOES NOT CHECK THE ITEMS

    what a huge mistake! Not the tv, but best buy. Two hour trip to their outlet store for an open box excellent 65 inch Sony A90J. Its missing parts and the only way to get anything from BestBuy is to Pack up tv and return to store so they can see the missing parts. My word for 8 missing screws, two plastic covers, and some paperwork is not good enough. I'm 65 and to pack this and return to store is a huge task. I tried for an hour to resolve on phone to get a credit as if parts were missing I want the fair open box price. But no, they want it returned to store. never again

    I bought this 7-2-2022 and got him home last night and set it up. It worked great. Went to watch it thjs morning and it will not come on. Ive been on the phone with sony and even drove to best buy. I will be retirning.

    Not worth the cost

    We are Samsung family- my husband was talked into buying this tv. it cost 2.5times what we were going to get in a 75". We didn't' throw out any boxing materials "just in case". And good thing we didn't. The TV did not have the richness and brightness in color you would expect from spending $4,000! So, we returned it. I wouldn't spend your money on this TV. It is really not worth it.

    It would be nice if the shows or DVD would not have lines in it or stop in the middle of the action... with this result I am sure there would be a far better way to spend $4,000 dollars....Geek squad has tried to correct the issue on ce and they will try again next week.....GOOD LUCK !!!!!!

    Replaced my 10 year old Panasonic plasma, which had an incredible picture, and I am not disappointed as expected with the step up to 4K. I wasn't expecting too much improvement in blacks but am really surprised there is that much difference. Where it really is outstanding is brightness.I expected OLED to be about the same as plasma but this set is incredible; I actually have it turned down to 40%. I would have given 5 stars if not for a software issue with the sound system. The TV speaker sounds so good that depending on the program I want to use TV sound instead of my Sonos sound bar/sub. However, the television will not let you switch to TV sound 9 times out of 10. When switching, it just changes back to "sound system". It's pretty inexcusable to pay this much and Sony develop the screen speaker technology and you can only use it hit or miss. Let's hope they get a software update out to correct the issue.

    This TV has me saying WOW over and over again. It's bright, specular highlights are dazzling. It has great motion, blacks, contrast, and color accuracy. The menus are snappy and well done. This tv will blow you away! Now if Sony can only update with VRR I will be 100% happy. This TV is the one for 2021.

    TV picture is great, but all top notch TV's have a great picture. Sound is decent, but not great - but good for a TV alone (without a sound bar). The remote is terrible. Out-of-date, too large and tiny buttons. Sure, I can use voice, but voice is laggy and takes twice as long. Sony needs to update the remote to simplify it with fewer, larger buttons. A lot of people have "cut the cord" and are using apps for their streaming services, not a cable box, so the remote should make this easier.
