Sony's operating instructions really need to be updated. They could be more detailed for the remote functions, yes the buttons are very small. you end up learning by trial and error. The picture and color are fantastic with 4K BD discs. Upscaling discs is excellent. This is where this TV really shines. The HDMI inputs 1 & 2 are 1080 # 3 earc and #4 are true 4K inputs. I wall mounted it and spaced it 1 " out . the M6 screws are available in s/s , 40mm length works perfect, gives just enough room the plug in devices and dust covers {home depot} Beware of some of the on line settings . Best if you use for a reference and set to your liking, some trial and error. My final setup with my Panasonic 1080 and 4K players link perfectly with sony and my sony receiver, just drop in a disc and it turns on the TV, receiver and just adjust volume and disc menu bring popcorn !!! I also bypassed my 7.1 center speaker and used the TV as center WOW works great

I have owned other brands, but sony always gives a reliable product. I never have bought there top of the line, until this unit. Picture quality is tough to beat. I did ALOT of research from multiple, and reliable internet reviews. Unanimously a big thumbs up. This TV is AWESOME. The picture is Fantastic, sound quality is sound bar worthy, even thou i will be my ELAC speakers for a atmos system. The anti glare, it does have some, but could be better. That would be my one gripe with this tv. Rhis tv does have the best oled panel, with the heat sink to get a brighter picture, but my room is not flooded with alot of light , so not an issue for me.

And let me tell you it is great! We have connected it to our google home system and we love it so much. The size is perfect for our living room!

Fantastic OLED

But heard about the A90J during Sony's press release and stayed on reading updates about the TV and eventual reviews. This TV blew away my expectations on OLED and especially how well this set handles HDR/DV content. Yes the price tag is steep, and for the money i could have easily gone with a bigger size set from another brand.... but i have no regrets in the A90J. Love it!

Tweaked the picture settings just slightly using the results from Avs forum. Google search “A90j picture settings” first 3 post are from a professional tv calibrator; CALman. I have a eufy cam on my driveway “hey google, show me the driveway” and it pops on screen. All my av gear powered off I just press Netflix on the remote and it turns on the tv, switches to the Netflix app and turns my receiver on! This Is THE tv to compare all other TVs to.

Worth the upgrade

It’s almost night and day. AndroidTV is a great experience, the colors are really deep and incredibly sharp. One thing I would mention that I didn’t see in my research is that the TV can act as the center speaker in your home system. Another thing that might make or break a decision is there is no Gaming mode, this is a very cinema focused set. That being said I have been playing my PS5 with no issue and it still looks great.

I got this day one and use it regularly, so far no burning or image retention. Picture is awesome, I got this because my previous tv had blooming and it was really difficult to not see it. Sound is surprisingly good, this actually sounds better than some sound bars I have (without the sub). I occasionally use the tv as my center speaker, but when I do the the tv will, rarely, shut down. It’s likely my AVR (Denon x2700h) supplies too much power. The TVos is good but can be very slow and for a flagship tv like this, it’s very disappointing. But once everything loads it’s quite snappy. Overall, I think this tv is really good and would recommend this.

Picture Quality Never Hurt So Good

There is no long lag time between turn on and waiting to see movie menu or start of movie. You can maximize picture to size of 65 inch screen and not loose any definition. Got a WiFi mesh to get full and strong connection to my T.V. and to prevent tv interference or lost connection because my WI FI energy waves are bombarding against walls in wrong directions or due to weather issues. 4K blue ray disc player works great for a wow factor. I chose picture quality rather than price quality. Not like color detail as much with LG C1 OlEd tv but you do see good configuration of all actresses or characters.

Amazing TV

The picture, the sound, the design… all amazing. The operating system is much faster than previous Sony / Google TVs (which I hated as tuning channels took forever). The remove is also great, very simple and lights up when you move it. All the important functions are easily accesible in the remote. The sound is the best that I have experienced in any TV that I have owned…. Interesting that it does not have visible speakers as the screen function as the speaker, not sure how they do it but works great. The picture is awesome, very natural with great colors and contrast. It is pricey but worth every penny. Love it!
