I love the smartness of this tv, to be able to control with smart devices is a plus. Sound is much better than our old tv. My game doesn't glitch anymore.

It feels like you are at the movie theater with the sound bar and the base speaker. I don’t have to go out to the movies anymore. It’s right there in my living room.

Realistic looking images

Movies and shows look natural and realistic on this TV, not fake and staged. Sound is much better than the unit it replaced, but for best sound use an external unit.

The help System in my case is worthless!

The SonyPictureCore.com web site is out of order and refuses email help contact!!! Using email (repeatedly) I cannot get any help, so I guess I lost the 10 movies....
