Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Paid to have Sony tv and soundbar installed and are overall pleased, with the exception of periodic ‘static sounds’ which is quickly fixed if we turn off/on television. Contacted Best Buy and were told that we had to work with manufacturer because we were past the 90-day ‘waranty’ of our installation (been about 95 days). We knew nothing of this 90-day policy and could not locate on receipt.

-Unplug the TV from the power outlet, wait about 60 seconds and then plug it back in.

Grayson was fantastic getting the stand setup right. Very pleased with the Sony/Sanus combination. I don't use sound, run that through sound system.
