Power reset the TV, simply unplug the unit and wait 1-2 minutes then plug the device back in and power on. If the situation does not improve, update the software of your TV. We're sorry to hear about the trouble you've experienced with your Sony - BRAVIA X77L disconnecting from your soundbar. We know how frustrating that can be.

Here are some steps that can help restore a stable connection:

1- Power reset both the TV and the soundbar by unplugging them from the power source for about two minutes, then plugging them back in.

2- Make sure that both the TV and the Soundbar are running the latest software version. On the TV you can go to Settings > System > About > System software update

3- If you're using an HDMI cable to connect the TV and the Soundbar, make sure the BRAVIA Sync settings are enabled. To check this, you can go to Settings > Channels and inputs > External inputs > BRAVIA Sync settings > BRAVIA Sync device list > Select Enable.
