I have unplug the soundbar and plug it back in so it will recognize Sonos soundbar everything I turn the TV on. Even still sound will drop out randomly. Huge source issue. If you have two powered on devices plugged into HDMI ports the TV will randomly flash between sources. Repair man came and said Sony has issues and maybe they’ll fix through system update. Best Buy take this TV back!

Power reset the TV, simply unplug the unit and wait 1-2 minutes then plug the device back in and power on. If the situation does not improve, update the software of your TV. A firmware update improves the functionality and features of your device. It can provide fixes to any performance issues that may occur.

1- Power reset both the TV and the soundbar by unplugging them from the power source for about two minutes, then plugging them back in.
2- Make sure that both the TV and the Soundbar are running the latest software version. On the TV you can go to Settings > System > About > System software update
3- If you're using an HDMI cable to connect the TV and the Soundbar, make sure the BRAVIA Sync settings are enabled. To check this, you can go to Settings > Channels and inputs > External inputs > BRAVIA Sync settings > BRAVIA Sync device list > Select Enable.
