    Great picture sound isn’t very good and have been having issues with it staying connected to the internet even though it is right next to the box.

Power reset the TV, simply unplug the unit and wait 1-2 minutes then plug the device back in and power on. If the situation does not improve, update the software of your TV. A firmware update improves the functionality and features of your device. It can provide fixes to any performance issues that may occur.

    Very tough to use won’t stay connect to my internet no matter what I do. Tried fixing the issue with my internet provider many times and every other device in my wifi works perfectly fine.

      We're sorry to hear about the trouble you've experienced with your Sony - BRAVIA X77L disconnecting from your soundbar. We know how frustrating that can be.

      Here are some steps that can help restore a stable connection:

      1- Power reset both the TV and the soundbar by unplugging them from the power source for about two minutes, then plugging them back in.

      2- Make sure that both the TV and the Soundbar are running the latest software version. On the TV you can go to Settings > System > About > System software update

      3- If you're using an HDMI cable to connect the TV and the Soundbar, make sure the BRAVIA Sync settings are enabled. To check this, you can go to Settings > Channels and inputs > External inputs > BRAVIA Sync settings > BRAVIA Sync device list > Select Enable.

    I have always purchased Sony TVs, this one will likely be getting returned and my last Sony product. The audio drops over eARC over and over. Absolutely terrible
