Hi Alexcano, Thank you for the 5-star rating! Glad to hear that you are happy with the picture quality of your new 75" X950H TV! We always strive to deliver the best picture quality with our TVs. The X950H’s Full Array Local Dimming and Boosting technology provides a dramatic increase in contrast and brightness from anywhere in the room thanks to X-Wide Angle technology that is now offered in additional screen sizes (except 49”). The X1 Ultimate Processor, Sony’s best processor to date, delivers a picture with ultimate realism and upscales everything you watch to 4K HDR. Thank you for choosing Sony! -Carl Sony_US

Let me start by saying, I’ve been a Samsung television customer for over a decade. Samsung’s poor quality and customer service drove me to this unit, and I couldn’t be happier. After 2 failed 75 inch QLED TV’s over a year and a half, I had had it with Samsung. Obviously their picture is slightly (and I do mean slightly) better than this unit but durability And support is key for me going forward. Again, I am thrilled with this unit, the colors are great and the sound is even better. Typically we use a high end sound bar with our televisions, with this unit you don’t need it, unless you want a truly cinematic experience (do you really need surround sound while watching the news?). The remote could be configured a little better as it’s a tad bulky and not intuitive to a users needs. I never thought I would be a Samsung convert, I am now! I believe Sony will be our go to, from here on out. You can’t go wrong with this unit!

This is a great TV. Sony really does it best. I am, however, disappointed with the remote. The remote on this TV will not control my Bose speaker. I also feel the remote is cheap and clunky looking as compared to other manufacturers. This TV purchase was to replace a Vizio that developed a discoloration spot in the picture. I originally purchased two Samsung TV’s before this one, that both needed returned because of picture problems. I should have bought the Sony first and saved myself the headache but I was trying to save some money. In the end it is true, “ you get what you pay for”. Spend the extra cabbage and buy a Sony. They know electronics.

Hi Yankeefirefighter, We regret to hear your feedback about the remote control of the TV. We apologize for the inconvenience. We value your feedback so we will include this for our future reference. If you connect a BRAVIA Sync-compatible device with an HDMI connection, you can operate it by simply using the TV’s remote control. You can check more details from the link below:

Menu and app interface is a little difficult to navigate. Remote won’t switch between apps because it says they’re “unavailable” and I still can’t find a way to fix it. Picture is great though
