The time of this review there wasn't anything avaliable beyond the 65". I was replacing a 75" samsung that tapped out, although I manage to fix the issue there still lingering issue... So doing all the research i could absorb, the A80L did not disappoint and the family loves it from gaming to just chilling watching a basketball game or movie. The family and I definitely love it... and dont get me wrong the A95L looks amazing just not for this family going from 75" to 65" with all that quality just didnt fill the void. A80L delivers @ 83 and more...sound hits different...it a plus

I was determined not to purchase another Sony but when we went to the store and saw the picture it was no longer a question. So we now have a 83” OLED that has an awesome picture!!

That was my first time getting a TV this size and it did NOT disappoint. Beautiful picture quality, great built in sound and works great with my sony soundbar and PlayStation 5! 10/10

This is my 2nd OLED tv, once you go OLED you can not go back to watching anything else.

No User Manual

My only gripe is that SONY doesn’t provide a decent user manual. There are a million options with no explanation of how and why to use them. I have purchased expensive electronics for 40 years and have always received an extensive manual. What’s up SONY?

Great oled tv

The sharpness of the oled screen is fantastic. This tv paired with my A7000 soundbar is out of this world, truly feels like im in a theatre.

I wanted this model because of the OLED presumably providing a better picture than a standard LED TV. Most importantly, the Oled backlight does a fantastic job of giving both deep blacks and bright highlights. It is really impressive and can be tweaked if you prefer it to behave a little more or less aggressively.
