Sony Smart OLED

I've been holding off buying a new tv, and I am overjoyed with the wait being over. This tv is absolutely amazing! Movies, sports, streaming, smart, it does it all! And paired with the Sony soundbar and subwoofer, WOW!!! The Geek Squad Agents delivered and hung this beauty on the wall and I sit back now wondering why I waited so long!

Google voice inoperable

Yeah it has an amazing picture .. when it isn’t freezing up. Then there’s this whole process you have to go through to finish watching your movie, show or most important.. the LSU games. I’m very disappointed in Sony.

To address the issue, we recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:
-Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet, leave it unplugged for about two minutes and plug the power cord back in.
-Unplug all external devices (USB drives, HDMI-connected devices, etc.) and then, power on the TV without any external devices. If it works fine, reconnect your devices one at a time to identify which one may be causing the issue.
Additionally, we recommend reaching out to our technical support team at https://us.esupport.sony.com/support/s/support-contact?language=en_US&category=tv who can guide you through some additional steps to help resolve this issue.
