    For what I paid for this TV it’s not worth it. Yeah it has an amazing picture .. when it isn’t freezing up. Then there’s this whole process you have to go through to finish watching your movie, show or most important.. the LSU games. I’m very disappointed in Sony.

      To address the issue, we recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:
      -Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet, leave it unplugged for about two minutes and plug the power cord back in.
      -Unplug all external devices (USB drives, HDMI-connected devices, etc.) and then, power on the TV without any external devices. If it works fine, reconnect your devices one at a time to identify which one may be causing the issue.

    We bought this TV over a year back and now it started to show vertical lines. Huge price but not worth the price.

    Having received it and the delivery and installation has been rescheduled 3 times. This was supposed to happen on September 12 now it is not happening until September 24 inexcusable.

    It was working great until a week after return window. And now I’m getting a black screen. I can hear sound and see the captions. This shouldn’t happen to a tv that costs over $4000

    It’s got a great picture - we can see more detail and colors are vivid, Given the clarity and size of the screen, when watching sports, it’s is almost as good as being there in person.

    Dead after less then 2 years

    Purchased mine December 24th,2022,i tem was delivered December 27th, 2022. Turned on April 8th,2024 and the thing will not boot completely, powers on and immediately turns off. Like powers in a loop or something and this keeps repeating like something is wrong with the control panel. Such a disappointment from sony, will definitely go back to LG as I have gotten more reliability out of LG.
