Solid earbuds at this price point. I haven't used them much, but the noise cancelling is a little weak, compared to the over the ear Sony headphones.

Good quality device, especially for the price. Good features that work well. Reliable with no issues experienced. I recommend them, but just started using ear buds so cannot compare to others yet. I purposely spent a little more money to to receive a good performing product, along with reliability tied into it and it paid off.

It was finally time for me to become untethered from wired earbuds. I wanted the convenience of not having my phone so closely attached. I have always had an excellent audio experience with Sony and also liked that the buds are very discreet, so in settings where it is less appropriate for me to be distracted, they are less apparent. I read the reviews and also those from other companies which were in about the same price range, don't like a lot of bass & am particular about the sound. Almost all the reviewers were satisfied with the excellent sound from this model and there are no complaints from me. At first I wanted to use the buds without the app but really couldn't get the volume controls working and tapping just made them do things I didn't want. I had to reset the buds & install the app a couple of times until I finally was able to configure the settings. Because alot of customers didn't like how the buds instinctively changed modes from noise cancelling to ambient every time they just moved around; I decided I wouldn't bother with those functions. Maybe once I've become more accustomed to them, when I'm on the beach or someplace similar, I will try the wind mode & other options for ambient noise, when I won't mind having to reset them again to factory settings & start from scratch. I have small ears and most buds even size S tips don't fit, but my wired Sony fit great so I thought I'd give it a try. The size S for the wireless were still too big so I bought a pack of generic tips that included XS compatible with these and they stay in. They are comfortable enough for a couple of hours but after a while the entire unit gets to be a bit heavy for me. But I don't need to wear earbuds for 8hrs/day straight anyway...so all in all, its a good choice.

Earbuds were great at first and then I noticed the microphone wasn't that good on phone calls. The noise cancelling is the best of any earbud I've used so far though. My coworkers will often scare me at work because these things are too good. Shoutout to the teenager that helped me buy these! When I asked him if there's anything I should be aware of he said nope, and then after I paid for them he said "well the microphone quality is bad but you have a 30 day return window!" Too bad they started acting up after 30 days. Bad Best Buy customer service on this transaction and I've written to Sony about them. Spend the money and get the next step up for better earbuds.

These are one of the best earbuds I have tried so far when it comes to sound quality. Noise canceling works amazingly, even in the loudest of crowds, and the barter life is excellent. The only one complaint, however, is where the control buttons are positioned (pause and play, ambient sound and noise cancelling controls), they are on the very top of each earbud, they’re pretty big, and very sensitive, so when laying on the side, they activate instantly which can be really irritating. I’d recommend these earbuds for sports, or just basically anything else, except for laying down on your side. Additionally, the case can scratch pretty easily, so if that’s something you care about, I’d recommend getting a case. Other than this, they work great.

Ear Headphones are great, but the sound has improved since then from Sony.

They seem to be a pretty good product. No problem so far and I wear headphones all day long .

I got these for work and the gym. I was looking for something that would work while only using ine earbud and these allow that. They have good sound and are comfortable.

I love my new Sony Wireless headphones. Most of them do not fit my ears as they easily fall off. Sony does a great job fitting different types of ears, plus great sound quality. David B is very knowledgeable about technology and he was very patient helping me find the perfect set of headphones. I rarely come across people who love what they do for a living, Bestbuy on North Ave in Chicago is lucky to have him

For the price these are really great. For me personally after a long period of use I would get ear fatigue and my ear would start to hurt. Although the sound is great, I love Sony headphones/earbuds. The case has a good charge and I like the magnetic pull when you put the buds in the case. I got mine on sale for $100, you can’t beat that price for this quality. Very crisp, clean sounding earbuds. Another con about them for some reason with my right ear it felt like they would slide out a bit. they never actually did, but I always had the urge to push them back into my ear canal. I also loved how you can connect to multiple devices. If I would play something on my iPad it would automatically connect. When I would play something with my phone it would recognize I am using my phone and connect to that. Awesome feature!!!

After 6 months of use, these are holding up well. A little bigger than the skullcandy that I had before, but not too large. Sound quality is great. Battery life is pretty good. Case design is good. I have not had a chance to fully customize the settings but the app is helpful. My main issue is that the headphones don't cancel ambient noise on my end during calls as well as I would hope. The person on the other end of the call can hear everything.

Amazing earbuds they are so comfortable and battery lasts for a long time! Definitely noise canceling which I love, perfect for gym use as well!

So far these are great! The ANC works so well I thought my lawnmower had stalled! The sound quality is "okay", but much better than I was expecting. Compared to the $50 MPOW ANC earbuds I replaced, the lows are better, but the highs/mids are "muddy". Also, some of the detail is missing (compared to the MPOWs)...probably since these earbuds don't support aptX. There is some false advertising with the features and they don't seem to match product reviews. Review articles mention features that do not exist (adjustable ANC levels for example). It appears that Sony only included those features in the firmware of the models set to product reviewers; they don't exist in the latest consumer firmware. The ANC is not configurable at all and cannot be turned off. The only options are ANC or Ambient Mode. Ambient Mode is just ANC while using the microphones to send some outside sound to your ears. Battery life would probably be a lot better if you could turn off ANC.

Let's face it, these are $99. I bought them mainly for working out, so they fit that bill nicely. They stay in my ear with mounted tips just fine. Like every other IEM, yes you have to push them back in occasionally during activity. If I lose them which is pretty easy to do, I'm not out the $250 that the premium ones cost. I honestly haven't used the app that much. Is it annoying to have to load and set that up? I suppose but in the big picture it didn't bother me. The sound is fine even without setting the equalizer. They have plenty of bass at flat EQ and a laid-back sound which I appreciate. They sound a hell of a lot better than cheap wireless earbuds. The noise reduction works surprisingly well as compared to my Bose QC25. They also pair well with my iPhone 14. The talk feature isn't that great but who cares. Take one out to talk. Are there better ear buds out there? Yes. At $99? No, not that I have found.

These were the best brand of earbuds I've bought in a long time. They fitted nicely and i never had an issue with them. I will buy this brand again soon. Especially now that i lost them.

Good Sound Quality and Extremely good Noise Cancellation .Initially there was no Output Sound.A BB staffer suggested a USB Connection.After purchasing the USB the Driver had to be Installed in order to Utilize the Bluetooth .After the USB Driver was installed I did not need the USB for the Sound Output.
